I love your videos. I have surgery next month. There are a lot of medications to control pain. Have you ever used Exparel during surgery help control the pain after surgery?
I just had surgery on last Tuesday and they used Exparel, it's the best money I've ever spent and I don't regret it. I haven't experienced any pain and I'm on post op day 4.

I purchased it prior to my surgery and after he repaired my muscle he injected the Exparel into the muscle before he closed my incision. I was so paranoid about the pain after watching so many UA-cam videos, I was wondering how I was going to get through it. Fortunately, I didn't have to experience any pain.
Beta Thalassemia is a blood disorder that effects the production of hemoglobin. It is not appropriate to perform procedures with high risk of blood loss in a non hospital setting.
@@DrWilliamMiami thanks for responding. I was scheduled for surgery on 11/29/21and was canceled. I worked with my primary doctor for 9 months to ensure labs and weight requirements were met. Would you consider doing the procedure in a hospital setting?
I have Kaiser and my primary care physician said she can’t clear me for plastic surgery due to liability reasons. Where can I get a medical clearance. I have my surgery with Dr. Williams scheduled for June 2022. HELP!!!

Are their any compliactions with a patient with high cholesterol?
Do you go off of BMI for taller patients? Like 5’8 and up?
