Great video! I was so tempted to get the Dyson airwrap but when I found out about GHD glide I wanted to wait to see what the reviews were like. The only thing about the glide is that it looks like it gives the same results as what my GHD straighteners do so I think I will still look at getting the airwrap. Glide certainly looks quicker than straighteners though! ❤️
You can blow over your hair without having to damped the hair again, it just gives it a nice refresh. I've always done this. Some salons call it a "comb up" xxxx
I love my Dyson airwrap! The ghd glide looks good also! But just feel like the Dyson is better for your hair and also does more!
I have to disagree I think the GHD side looks way better, so it just goes to show how we like different results lol

Your hair looks more sleek on the Dyson side. I do appreciate this comparison but can we really see this as a fair comparison? As you well mentioned, the Dyson is a multi tasking product where as the GHD glide is just a hot brush. My hair is curly therefore the Dyson would be more beneficial as I would require blow drying before straightening it. That's why till today, I have not bought a hot brush....I'm super happy with my Dyson Air Wrap!! Thanks for the video ❤

I've tried the dyson airwrap but wasn't impressed, the curls didn't stay in on my hair type (even with mousse and gel). I went back to my babyliss big hair! I'd like to try the ghd glide after seeing this tho, as the hair looks fuller. I have fine hair and straighteners just make my hair look flat.

Great vid! I think I’d have had to go over both sides again with straighteners, near the top. Which for the money - I wouldn’t want to do. I have the Revlon one step (round brush version) and its amazing!! And less than £60. X
I would go for the dyson air cuze if you already got a hair straightener tht you already love 💗💗
I have the Airwrap and it is fantastic for drying and either straightening or curling my hair, depending on what tool I use. It is very gentle on your hair and doesn't leave that straw feeling that you can get from some straighteners. The GHD Glide is great to get volume on day two hair without having to dampen it again.
Watched this video , bought the Dyson. No regrets so far .

The Dyson air wrap is totally different - it dries the hair , more like a round brush and blow dryer in 1. The Glide is not meant to be used on damp hair! It is a smoothing tool.
If you look at the GHD video they don't brush the hair like you would with a normal brush. They brushed sections like you would use straightners. The hair ends up a bit smoother that it looks like yours does having used the brush like a normal brush.

I honestly want both tools. I desperately want the Dyson but $800Au!!!! So sooooooo expensive that it’s out of reach for so many people, myself included. The ghd appeals to me because 9/10 I straighten over anything else and also it’s quiet and way cheaper. But you’re limited to what you can do. Been torn since the Dyson came out because I want it but so much moneys! Haha
I have both and prefer GHD
I think the dyson side looks much better. It looks Smoother and healthier in my opinion. Ghd side is pretty but the dyson wins for me :)

In my opinion, your hair seems to me fine and you go too much times through it either with ghd or dyson. Breakage and damage (overheating) for sure with both.
