It's *ALWAYS* bad LEDs. The LEDs are blue by nature, and there's a yellow phosphor painted over the top. As these TVs age, the heat from the LEDs (yes, they get hot) burns off the yellow phosphor leaving a blue picture.
I hate the blue ghosting when things move on the screen
Probably a T-Con issue

Phillips is hands down best tv I've owned has damn good pitcher and down .
How much they paid you to say this ?
Phillips needs to make a tv that works longer than 2 years 🤔
