Many thanks. The reset with the on/off button worked. However the button is well hidden and took ages to find on my TV. It was underneath by the power lead input...and it is a push button not an on/off switch.

About 3 Months ago the tv started not turning on only Once in a blue moon (maybe once every 3 weeks ) I just got gave up and waited few hours then it would turn on . First time doing the power cycle . Worked great
About once a week, the TV 55OLED 806 does not turn on. The LED control light responds to the remote control. But the picture is black. Only disconnecting from the socket will help, and the TV will restart. Then everything is fine, a week or 10 days, approx. Then it repeats itself.
None of these things worked for me. I have to use a power strip because of the electricity in my home... It has always worked.I tried everything here and other things. Grandson Turned off the powerstrip while the tv was on, And it never went on again
Still looking, never found a solution. tried like everything. atleast it stays on after it boots up like 7 times either way wifi, smart functions etc nothing works besides that. currently im trying to search for a custom rom or something
I have a Philips 5000 65’ tv how do I get it off Comcast it needs to be moved to tune1 in the source menu it won’t work the remote doesn’t work I try and try and it’s not working please help I don’t know l tried 😢every thing
Think mine is broken I found it near dumpster, it turns on and off, blinks phillops and a white light, sometimes goes to a menu but then turns off, no remote but buttons on back, don't know if I ajould try ro fix or dump it

Thanks, I read the article but it doesn't have a solution for me. The only fix is to disconnect the TV from the power supply.

My phillips 75" tv flashes the phillips logo for a split second an thats it any idea what it could be?
I have the same exact tv with the same exact issue. Let me know if you figure out the fix! Replaced the main board and power board and no luck
Same thing here, flash it for micro seconds, then it stays dark. But i have sound though...weird. anyone fixed this issue yet ??
