Everything looks great, just the right size. Properly spacious, open and bright. I love the floating staircase in light oakwood w/ black handrails and metal below it. just too close to the neighbors, need to be @ least 25 ft apart.

Darren, I work in the architectural field - next time, please point out the black dado-style floor "moldings"seen throughout the home. Gorgeous contemporary touch, and a lot of work from a construction point of view.
The reading a book space underneath the staircase is hilarious. Who in their right mind would seat under there and read a book ..or do anything for that matter. But the master bedroom is a killer, yes!

I love it too, I convinced the family, we are adding a roof top suite and outdoor kitchen and building this one! Love it. I just ok'd my house plans and then saw this and threw those plans and the money I spent on them , out the window.

@@shaibeeler6582 Thank you, we have a plot 200x70 we are going to build two!! All I need is prayers and energy drinks. We are putting pool by one house and garden on other house side. I'm going back to work to do this, so my husband's salary covers our US property and most of mine will go to this build overseas. I will keep you updated. I got our initial house plan drawn on fiverr then sent to our architect to do proper ones. But now I have to start all over, but it's worth it. I'm excited to go to work for our dreams!! I know you will do it too!

Amazing property. Only thing I would add is a powder room on the deck so guests don’t have to go down a flight of steps to use the restroom.

This is a great video and a beautiful contract. Needs Subterranean parking so you could get more cars under the house, plus wish it had RV parking somewhere. Saidt great room is so so huge, it would be nice to have a deeper garage so you could have a RV stored in the garage. ........also neeeds an elevator, for the impaired seniors / the handicap since today is American Disability Act day!!!!!!y. seems like the upstairs does not have a lot of privacy from the neighboring houses
Looks like the home has good airflow polity. I like the security across the Front Street that was a great idea, I'd like to see the house at night with all the outside lights on, and maybe some better drone photos.
