I think you are wrong about the braking capabilities of the fzs because even fz25, mt15 and r15 uses the same bybre and nissin brakes and all of them have 282 and 230 mm disks. As a fz owner myself, i never felt that the brakes are lacking. But if you do, then try using engine breaking along with front brake. Wngine braking is so effective that 60% of time i have to slow down (not stop) i don't even use brakes.
You're right. I always use engine braking. The front brakes are decent but the rear is weak. Try bringing the bike to a stop by just using the rear brake and you'll realise how weak it is. I'm thinking of upgrading to EBC brake pads
@@clintsride You're right. I never use the rear brake outside of parking lot. Even if it had good stopping power, I wouldn't use it because the the rear brake pads alone cost as much as a free service.
Yes buddy, you can ride. Many people travel long distance with 100cc motorcycles and also activa/scooters. But personally will I recommend that? No. Because commuters like fzs are built for commuting. Their engine is designed and tuned for city riding. Surely, you can do a 1000km ride with a commuter bike but it won't be good for the engine in the long run.
@@mohsinkhan-sq1xb It's still a 150cc but liquid cooling. In the same price range there are many motorcycles that are good touring machines, eg FZ 25, Dominar 250, TVS Ronin and RE Hunter 350. Take a test ride and then make your decision.
@@clintsride Actually in my country cc limit is 165. This is why I am asking abt 150 cc range. My plan is every day 400-500 km ride. And I hope for no trouble in these 70 days.
Superb bro 👌. Thanks for the information 👍
Glad I could help ✌
Amazing video man
Thanks bro

Hi!!!!
So I can ride 25000 km in 60-70 days with a 150 cc bike (like Yamaha fzs)?? Bike will run everyday.

@@clintsride What abt MT15 for 25000 km run in 70 days?

@@mohsinkhan-sq1xb ohh! In that case, go for a 150cc with liquid cooling. So MT 15 would be good, as Yamaha engines are reliable.
