@@Galeritooo If you are on a budget then also buy Q3. Wait longer, collect more money and buy good VR headset. It is not a first need item that you need to have it now.
There's one more benefit to the Quest 3 in MR passthrough vs the Quest 3S; and that is when using a Halo strap, you can remove facial insert completely without losing the clarity sweet spot, whereas that's s lot harder to achieve with the Quest 3S. Taking out the facial insert in MR gives full FOV, and sort makes the Quest 3 like glasses. I highly recommend this for games like Demo when playing in co-locate MR. Again, you are using a Halo strap. Props to Fae from Banter for first pointing this (Quest 3 mixed with Bobo Halo strap) to me.
I wish the next generation quest headsets will have other colors apart from white (not sure if this will affect inside out tracking though). Also for the battery to be positioned at the back just like the Pico 4 and be easily replaceable/removable.
I just got my first VR headset. And it was the quest 3S because it just offered so much value for the money. I just watched a movie last night and it looked amazing. I don't know why everybody says the old lenses are so. Terrible when they were actually great for the Quest 2, it's just the pancake lenses are a little better and many people say not by much.
true, if you compare them side by side you can see the difference, but if you just get Quest 3s you'll be super happy with the quality you've got. Sure there's always better, but good is good!
The pancake lenses aren't just a little better. They literally allow you to wear the headset longer. Hours longer in some cases. Value for money is subjective. Unless I'm getting the capabilities that I want, it doesn't matter if I'm saving money. If the quest 3S works for you that's awesome. It wouldn't work for me, and saving money is not my goal. My goal is to have the best VR experience. If I couldn't afford the quest 3 right now, I would simply save money for a little while longer.
I have no problem with affording the quest 3, but to mm, those lenses are not worth the $200 price difference, even with the extra memory. And yes, I have no problem with the lenses on the 3S, I had my head set on for about 4 and a 1/2 hours last night, with no problems, no discomfort, everything looked clear and it was a great experience. Plus, I also had no idea what to expect from VR. So I decided to go with the 3S because if I liked it, I would most likely be getting the Quest 4 when it comes out. I have looked at over 200 comparison and review videos on these VR headsets now, and almost every single one says the 3S is an amazing headset, I'm happy I got it, no regrets.
If u are interested but not sure you will play VR a lot, 3S. All others should definitely get the Quest 3. Yes the Quest 3 is more expensive but you get better lenses, more storage, an audio jack, and plenty of accessories (some accessories for 3 don’t fit the 3S-facial interfaces) if u desire. Really depends on the buyer, there is no wrong answer
If you don't think you will use the VR headset a lot, don't buy any. Why waste $300 just to have to spend another $500 later to upgrade. That's an $800 investment because you weren't sure. Instead, think ahead and try to imagine whether you would like something or not. I personally have never started a hobby just to find out later that I didn't want to do it anymore or wasn't as interested as I was. I'm sure there are lots of people that are indecisive and have a hard time thinking ahead, but that's their problem. They're going to end up wasting money. I've never understood this theory about getting a starter version first. The only way I would buy a 3s was if I was a kid that didn't have a job and it took me months and months to save up for a VR headset. If you have a job there is no excuse to buy the 3s.
That's basically it in a nutshell. Only way I would buy a 3s was if I was a kid that didn't have a job and had to save for months and months just to get anything.
#10 I am new to VR-anything and we got a Quest 3. Motion Sickness is a serious thing for me now, no matter if I am in VR or MR. I really am saddened by this.
I dont even know why people compare these twoi hmd's. Fresnal lenses are rubbish. Do not at any cost buy the 3s the res and clarity is pants. I wish youtubers would just say this without giving it attention as its just a FB money grab and they should know better.

Answer: Quest 3.
Straight forward yeah, but if you're on a budget then go for the 3s
@@Galeritooo that's pretty much all there is to it ngl

Quest 3S:
$60 store credit + $50 game + 3 month subscription for free ($30?)
= basically $160.
Happy Holidays to you and the Family Tetiana...GREAT videos this year (especially Pianovision) ..looking forward to more in 2025!😊
Thank you! Happy holidays to you as well! 🥳

My quest 3 is coming tmrw. I can't wait to play Arkham Shadow
Look in to Quest Games Optimiser
Makes a big difference for Arkham. By default it doesn't run at the Quest's full resolution
TLDR,
Have the cash, get the 3. Can't wait or will never have enough cash 3s..
good summary lol :D

Thanks for another great one Tetiana!
Glad you enjoyed it! 😊
I’m sorry, but the microphone is in the front of the quest 3S. The three dots on the bottom are for charging.😉
Good, helpful tips on the Quest 3 version differences, thanks. Enjoy the new Year 2025 next week!
Thanks for watching! Happy New Year to you too! 🥂
I love hearing your beautiful voice.
Standard Eastern European accent, and I like it too.
question: for watching movies from the browser, is the visual quality of the 3 significantly better than the 3s?
answer: pico 4❤

How long have you had it? Keep trying. It should go away.
It will fade with time, its like reading in the car or traveling by boat. If you are precistant the brain will give up ;)
... is it me or this video is a week too late? Xmas was yesturday
