Poor sweet Iris, she’s so pretty, I’m glad her scratch has healed. I can definitely see that your son looks so much like you. My husband used to love 💕 vintage writing pens 🖊️ he dropped quite a bit of ink on our beige carpet once, I got it out completely with WD-40. Saturate the stain and let it sit about 30 minutes, rinse the spot with warm soapy water and a sponge. You may have to do it a time or two but it should get the ink completely out if your rug. I love 💕 all the things you found today. I like to look in the expensive shops as well, I can’t afford most of the antiques but I still enjoy looking.
Very beautiful video. Your son really looks like you. I also loved that mirror and the tapestry is beautiful. I look forward to seeing what you do with it. I’m so happy Iris is better.
I'm so glad you enjoyed the video! I'm also pleased that you think he looks like me! I think he has my eyes and skin tone. I'm still pining for the mirror, but definitely had no available wall space for it!
My goodness, not sure why haven't I found your channel before since we are both in the same catagory! Well, happy to find you now! my goodness when you said this Goodwill was expensive, you weren't kidding!!! I love needlepoint, brown transferware AND TOLE!! We are KINDERED!!!🤣🥰
Loved this video! I love hearing about your home life, family and fur babies. Iris and Indy (Indie?) are so beautiful and Wilson and Licorice seem so laid back and sweet. So, in my opinion - you and Zach are twinkies! He is a doll and Sage is a cutie too. My favorite of your purchases was the large needlepoint. Fabulous!
Thanks for the ME and NH trips. Your son looks like you. My daughter took 2 years gap, before going into graduate school. She is still chugging along since, for the past 5 years. I guess, the gap years made her more matured, persistent and able to cope and own up her own decisions. Graduate school is tough. Your son will have to make a big decision for himself. Everything is good. Hope that your cat, Iris does well.
Why are you so wise? I just read your comment twice. If a gap year helps him become more mature and wiser, than it will have been a good decision. Thank you for sharing your experience with me. 💕💕
❤ Kris what a lovely video? Your son looks like you for sure. His hair is even as almost as long as yours LO. L looks like you had a lovely day and you certainly picked up some beautiful pieces. As usual. Joel Thanks for introducing us to your son and looking at this way. He'll probably visit you more often at taking the gap year.Who knows what may hapben so that's a positive way to look at things right. Thanks for sharing your trip with us.As always great stories❤
Yes, your son looks like you. Glad Iris is better. Always enjoy your videos. You know I had to tell myself when my kids got in their 20's that I raised them so they could spread their wings and fly. So I have to let them. I tried to remember to only give advice when they ask for it. They are now 52, 50, and 43 and I still have to try to remember that. They have all turned out to be good kids although there were some question about my middle son for awhile but he has finally found his way.
Loved this video and it was so nice to see you with your son, he is very handsome and looks a lot like you. You found some great pieces and I would have loved to visit all the places you did and I’m sure I would have bought several things myself.
I’m so glad iris is ok , i had a cat with the same allergies too .. hard to see them scratch like that , i love that you had a great visit with your son !! And you are family thrifting ❤
I love the idea of family thrifting! I'm going to use that term next time I go to New Hampshire! I'm beginning to wonder if Iris will have something of a scar, but the main thing is that she's so much more comfortable now. We may also need to be careful about leaving windows open.
Great video, loved the trunk and different chests and boxes. I can tell how much you love your son. There’s a special bond between moms and sons. I do think there’s a resemblance.
The stagecoach trunk was so unique! I'm glad you see some resemblance. He has hid dad's smile, but maybe my eyes? I agree - definitely a special bond between moms and sons. 💕💕
Hi 👋 Kris. Your son looks just like you. 😊. I really think the antique bench cloth really could be from 1820 and it’s gorgeous by the way. The MCM plate set is so neat. Great video! ❤ Thank you. Im so sorry about Iris. 😢
I'm glad you think he looks like me! It would be great if the needlepoint was that old, I just don't know how to tell its age. I'm still deciding what to do with it - more and more I'm thinking about framing it. It would look great as upholstery, but I don't want to damage it in any way. Iris is really so much better - she needs to not scratch herself so very hard! (Goofy girl!)
I'm so glad you enjoyed the video! I definitely try to be a good cat & dog mom. Goodness knows I have so much cat hair on myself right now I could probably be mistaken for one of them! 😂😂
Your son definitely resembles you. Sounds like a great day. Thrifting and visiting with your son and girlfriend. The A in Arabia is pronounced as ah rah bia. That company started as a high end dishes and ceramics maker in Finland. Very collectible with the Finnish and Scandinavian populations. Maine has many Finnish and Scandinavian people living there as well as the area I live in in Mi. So this why I’m familiar with that company.
I had to put one of my dogs on benadryl for seasonal allergies that made him scratch. Especially his ears. It helped so much and my vet gave me a dosing chart to use based on weight.
It's good to know that benadryl helped your dog so much! Iris received shots so I wouldn't have to try to get pills or liquid down her throat - thank goodness!
Hello, enjoyed your video. My dog had seasonal allergies, if it got bad he got steroids also. You and your son have the same smile, very handsome. Let him get a job that will pay for his masters degree. Yes it is best to wait if he doesn’t know what his focus is.
I'm so glad you enjoyed my video! Thank goodness steroids help so much for our suffering furry friends. It's awful to see them under the weather! You are so right about letting Zach wait - thank you for your wise words!
I guess I should consider myself somewhat fortunate. Yesterday the dog chewed open a pen on my newly laundered bedding … ink everywhere …. Bedding a total loss. What is it with dogs and pens? Glad Iris is doing better. BTW, loved your Maine trip♥️

I never would have thought to try WD-40! We'll give it a try! I'm glad you think that Zach looks like me! 💕💕

Love to see you in our neck of the woods… the tapestry is so lovely and your son sure looks like you! What a wonderful day for you 😊
Awww, thank you on all accounts! It was such a nice visit with Zach! 💕💕
Your kitties are amazingly beautiful!
Awwww, thank you so much! I do love them so much!
He definitely seems to favor you! He for sure has your smile!
I vote for framing the tapestry 😊.

Your son is handsome and he looks like you, I think it’s smart for him to take a gap year.❤
Thank you! I'm glad you think it's smart - I need to trust his process and let him find his way. (I'm so bad at that!) 😂😂
Great finds! Love the tapestry and the Christmas bowl. Great pictures.
I'm so glad you liked my finds! There's something fun about thrifting in a different state (or in this case, two states!)

Beautiful cats and it is obvious you are a great cat & dog mom. Enjoy seeing your adventures & purchases. Thanks! Take care.

You and Zach look like brother and sister!

Thank you so much for the information! I thought they were beautiful pieces.

@WorthingtonHome Oh my, you are right! Trying to give a cat pills is horrible! With a dog all that's needed is peanut butter or cheese😅
🤦🤦those prices at that Goodwill, lovely picture of you , Zach and Sage
Thank you so much! We had such a fun day! (I tried so hard not to comment on the prices - it was really hard!)

Your son is a handsome dude. Yes. Looks like you!
Awwww, thank you! When I look at him, I still see him as such a little boy. 💕💕
I guess I should consider myself somewhat fortunate. Yesterday the dog chewed open a pen on my newly laundered bedding … ink everywhere …. Bedding a total loss. What is it with dogs and pens? Glad Iris is doing better. BTW, loved your Maine trip♥️
I'm very sorry to hear that we have pen tragedies in common! UGH! I'm glad you enjoyed the trip - it was such a fun day!
