I had to pause for 30 seconds while I thought about throwing in the towel but I powered through it!!! I made a commitment to myself and I am going to reach my goal! 🙌 Thank you Chloe ❤

This workout was perfect! It had the intensity I needed and as I'm really slow to warm up, this kind of progressive intensity is the best!! Thank you so much Chloe, you introduced me to the fitness world and now I've lost 5kg that I've gained during covid even though it was a slow progress! Always love your workouts 🥰💟

The title was intimidating but this was totally doable. I haven't done anything high intensity for several months but I made it through and only switched to low intensity for part of two exercises. If you were nervous before starting, give it a try. I bet you can do it too.
This definitely looks easy. But when you start to do it, you'll be struggling 🤣 i have been following this one for weeks, still is hard to do 😭 but i love her workouts, have been following her workouts since 2020 ❤ I'm better at shape and my strength improves a lot! Xie xie, Chloe!

I dislocated my knee while doing one of your videos yesterday 😔 I have very weak knees. I’m 25. My first dislocation was when I was in High School. This was I think my 4th time. Could you make a video on exercises/ stretches people with weak knees can do to strengthen them. Thank you in advance.
