    I am 13 years old girl.. I completed 10 min and my drees get wet due to sweating too much... My whole body is burning 🥵🥵... And i appreciate that fact you make lose 3 kilograms in just one month without any diet plan.. I am grateful to you not just because you help me to lose weight but also you make me feel that I do workouts because I love my body ... And I am not doing this because I hate my body... Your motivation help me a lot during workouts .... You gave back my self confidence..... You can't imagine that you change my life...     I have gone 2 months without routinely exercising and I’m trying to get back on track again. I decided to start with this workout and I almost didn’t make it! I had to pause for 30 seconds while I thought about throwing in the towel but I powered through it!!! I made a commitment to myself and I am going to reach my goal! 🙌

    I think you should do a winter challenge,since that's a time when most get lazy or depressed and it will help to keep us motivated

    This is my first day and I will try to seriously do these exercises every day for a month. In addition, I will take exercises for my butt and flat stomach. my height is 163 cm and my weight is 53 kg.

    I used to follow chloe's routine back then n lost several kgs..but now I gained 10kgs due to poor eating n poor workout...now I get back to chloe's routine again cos her workout videos are amazing n works like magic towards my body. For everyone whos dealing the same problem like me, lets do this together !!!     This workout was perfect! It had the intensity I needed and as I'm really slow to warm up, this kind of progressive intensity is the best!! Thank you so much Chloe, you introduced me to the fitness world and now I've lost 5kg that I've gained during covid even though it was a slow progress! Always love your workouts 🥰💟

    The title was intimidating but this was totally doable. I haven't done anything high intensity for several months but I made it through and only switched to low intensity for part of two exercises. If you were nervous before starting, give it a try. I bet you can do it too.

    This definitely looks easy. But when you start to do it, you'll be struggling 🤣 i have been following this one for weeks, still is hard to do 😭 but i love her workouts, have been following her workouts since 2020 ❤ I'm better at shape and my strength improves a lot! Xie xie, Chloe!

    I dislocated my knee while doing one of your videos yesterday 😔
    I have very weak knees. I’m 25. My first dislocation was when I was in High School. This was I think my 4th time.
    Could you make a video on exercises/ stretches people with weak knees can do to strengthen them.

    This look crazy man!     Doning since three day first two day was like lower body is no more but in third day i was able to do along with her feeling good
