I’ve been in several different leadership roles before being diagnosed. I enjoyed it because I felt like the defined, structured role made expectations more clear. I also used to mask A LOT to gain other people’s respect :/ I still want to continue with leadership now, and I’m hoping I can find a way to sprinkle in some authenticity. Also congrats on getting ordained!

Great video, I love listening to you and your thoughts and quite dig your over all vibe and subtile humor! I don't know if I want to be a leader, always seemed like a lot of responsibility to me. Then again, a lot of "leaders" I met were pretty bad at it, so what's to lose, right?
About neurodivergent leadership: some people consider Gates, Zuckerberg or Musk to be autistic. Personally such external assessments often seem to me like a misunderstaning of autistic traits, I think that they enhance stereotypes and are just generally out of line, I still wanted to mention it though.
