This is a very nice song and they do it very well, but I must confess that I was surprised by the bass. It does better things than I could imagine. Is what the bass does like that in the original score or is it an arrangement by the bassist? Congratulations to all from Argentina!

Hello, as Director and pro producer of this film, I’m not the final word on the production of the music. From what I understood from the musical Director, Jerry West, all parts were transcribed faithfully from original musical scores of other instruments except the drums, of course was completely a new score. It may also have been the case that the bass score was altered in some, but I am doubtful. it is more likely that he is attempting a double base score and possibly abbreviating. I’m going to ask the Music Director and see if I can get a better answer for you. Thank you for your interest.
@@ninepeaks Hello! Thanks for your comment. Yes, as you say, the style the bassist uses in this song is somewhat uncertain. I got the impression that he does it in a somewhat "jazzish" way, I didn't even have the opportunity to appreciate the bass part well in some classical interpretation, but I got the feeling that it is adapted to the rhythm with the simple but ingenious addition and correct in the things the bass does. I also really like that game of changing notes on a tonal base that does not change and vice versa when appropriate.
