- Today we watch Eloy cover Metallica's Battery. He changed many of the beats of the song adding his flavor to the song. Meanwhile showing us how to violently attack his drum kit in perfect time.
Eloys ghost notes are like his own personal copywrite to a drum routine.
This guy has been untouchable long before Sepultura.
I believe Eloy added all parts that Lars have missed live, that could explain the amount of ghost notes.

@@henningpieterjordan7416 i know who he is, i was kidding with you. well, in my opinion, aquiles didn't get the recognition he deserves because his talent is constantly overshadowed by his personality. i know how talented he is and i know he teached eloy at some point, but you don't see him getting invited to drumeo, or people reacting to his videos as much as eloy. dude has a big mouth.

Oh, I thought I was communicating misinformation as I said on the video that it was an acoustic kit.
@@shalo6669 the EAD10 acts like a microphone on top of the snare, but the whole kit is acoustic, though.
What is impressive is that we get all of that sound out of a single mic. He's too good. haha
He records with a Yamaha ead10 , it is not his just his phone , it is a single microphone designed to pic up whole kit , if you look it is clamped to his bass drum, either way he is amazing!
