About the fermented feel on the tokwa in tokwa't baboy. It's because on how they prepare it. I was told that they cook it with a small amount of vinegar until it absorbs it. Kinda like how they do in longganisa. Before frying it. So it won't stick to the pan and it won't get crushed.

On the first part of the video, I would like to suggest you go to Batangas to try lomi and goto. And now that you tasted it, you really need to visit Lipa Batangas :))

It’s very nostalgic watching this video! Santa Rosa was my hometown too before we moved to the US in 2009. I went to HS in Santa Rosa Science too and used to eat goto at Aida’s with my high school friends after school. I even remember hanging out at the plaza and just having a good time with my friends. Everything looks different but i can really tell that it is still my hometown. Thank you so much for this video! It really warms my heart.:)
Love this video! I used to pass by Sta. Rosa on my way to school in Silang from Manila once or twice a month! Brings back good memories!

Look at how slim she is..such an adorable person
wow super bait talaga ni jessica😊😊😊
Oh my.... This is the first time i hear jessica says "enough na, enough na"
😆
On the first part of the video, I would like to suggest you go to Batangas to try lomi and goto. And now that you tasted it, you really need to visit Lipa Batangas :))

Jess, just a suggestion... to prevent flies from contaminating your food, to have a lighted candle or two ready. I dont want you to get sick. Thank you for sharing.
OMGGGG you went to Sta. Rosaaa!! If only I met you there, I could reco you a lot, altho Aida's is the ones we usually go to as well if it's the rainy season~
Maybe you should also visit during the night since Sta. Rosa has lots of food places especially near in that church near plaza! :D
Also, 3Ms pancit is alsooooo the best, really. Wanted to bring it to Manila friends but I can't 😢
why not? masisira ba agad?
