Minalas sya at yung nakatabi nyang customer ay maarte. Ok dyan sa Pares Retiro, hindi maarte mga tao dyan pag kumakain, mga makakatabi mo dyan mga lasing, trabahador, mga sosyal, minsan may pulubi pa nga tatabi sa yo. Hello Jessica, I feel bad about what happened at the near end of the episode. Kudos to your team and to you for being the bigger person in those kind of situations. Nothing beats a heart that is sincere and loving. You love Philippines, you love Filipinos and we love you as well. Lesson learned. Point taken. Duly noted. As someone who grew up in La Loma, I can attest that this place in QC is the actual OG for all foodies and those businessmen planning on putting up new businesses. Favorite ko and I grew up eating Lydia's Lechon, Pares Retiro and Sizzling Sa Matnog. Also during their fiesta sa La Loma, you'll experience yung halos 1 week celebration na minsan may pa-mini concerts pa sila, especially during the early 2000's. Nakakamiss naman talaga! 😭🫶

If I were in the situation as well, I would also decide to just get out and not fan up the flames of a confused/triggered person. As someone who grew up in La Loma, I can attest that this place in QC is the actual OG for all foodies and those businessmen planning on putting up new businesses. Favorite ko and I grew up eating Lydia's Lechon, Pares Retiro and Sizzling Sa Matnog. Also during their fiesta sa La Loma, you'll experience yung halos 1 week celebration na minsan may pa-mini concerts pa sila, especially during the early 2000's. Nakakamiss naman talaga! 😭🫶

Hope you comeback and try other food places here because there is definitely a whole lot more. Don’t get disheartened by the customer, who made a scene, most likely he probably don’t live in our area. Since it’s very popular nationwide, most people travel from different places just to visit that food place. Kudos for handling it professionally though. When I share your vlogs to my friends I always say how very much Filipino you are. It's refreshing to see someone like you who love and appreciate Filipinos, and the country, when most Filipinos don't appreciate their own.
Sana hindi ‘yon sa “sikat” na paresan 😢 because I really like that place. My family always go there whenever we’re in La Loma (and nearby🤐) area, Vice Ganda and other food vloggers feature that place naman na din before. I’m so sorry that you and your team had to experience that. If ever man that’s the place, the manager could’ve handled it better by asking you and your team to move at the second level na lang.
