Sorry you got stung! I love paper wasps because they keep the caterpillar damage low but I’m always worried I’ll catch them eating unaware and they’ll sting me. 👀

Right!? I try to give them a lot of space without bothering them. I know they're important for pollinating and pest control but ouch!

I fried some up in a skillet in butter with mushrooms and used some Greek seasoning and they were so good! A little seedy though

Hi! My name is Chelsea and I live in Bartlesville. I love that I had found locals with you and Ragtag, although I know that you have since moved.
Your garden is gorgeous!!! You mentioned picking your tomatoes when they’re just blush. Is there a reason for that? And do you just keep them in a window until they’re fully ripe and ready?

Thank you! 😊 the reason I pick them when they've just started to blush is I don't want the bugs to get to then before I do lol and yes I stick them in a sunny spot. Thanks for watching 😁

@@HomesteadDreaming I have been known to loose a few, maybe I’m leaving them on there too long! I have a couple I better pick today! 😁
      Thank you!!

@@chelseabeard6534 hope it helps get more tomatoes in your belly instead of buggies bellies!

It also keeps them from splitting!

@@melissasullivan1658 yes! if you've got a lot of rain in the forecast pick em before it rolls in to keep them from bursting from a large amount of water at once. I don't normally remember that bc im used to gardening in Oklahoma where it doesn't really rain in the summer and now this year in Arkansas it's been unusually dry and hot. I miss rain lol

is that drip tape you have on the ground or something else?

It's a long hose that got a hole in it and I had just bought it and refused to throw it away 😂 so I turned it into a soaker hose
