That's such a wonderful feeling of your dreams coming true... one tip... Make sure that your compost is not "hot" or it will kill everything!

I absolutely love watching your channel. I’m in NWA and also live in the suburbs. I’ve had the hardest time finding other UA-camrs that like homesteading but have to follow HOA or city restrictions and/or laws. So happy that spring has almost sprung.
It makes my heart so full to read this. I know finding content in the suburbs will more restrictions is a little harder. Though if you venture onto tiktok there are lots of short form creators in the suburbs worth a watch, too! Sometimes I get discouraged that rather than going from urban to rural I went from urban to suburban but honestly it makes me think more creatively and I like that

"oh they're gonna smell it" lol. would love to know the source of your soil if it's possible for you to share. you're way ahead of me and i've been on my lot for 4 years now. do you purchase seed starting mix or do you use your super soil with perlite?
I got it from American composting off faulkner lake rd in NLR they work with someone who delivers smaller loads. I'm still working on the pile 😂

We live in the suburbs here in Oklahoma. I understand all the rules and restrictions. We have built 7 raised beds. Needing more soil. Can you tell me how much you truck load amount was please ?
Also, the cost. I know prices will differ with being in a different state.
I had 5 cubic yards delivered and it was $265 including delivery from the composting company which is over 20 miles away
