my favorite characters are lana and leon. they will probably be in my team forever. i hope they realease lana's casting skill soon. i also like luna and kirika because they are voiced by hayami saori. and finally christiane because the faction buff and guard skill combo is one of the best things they created in the game. honorable mention for adult jessica, which i can't accept the fact that she is just a R hero, imelda who will probably never get a sp class since she already has a new llr version, and emilia because of her tragic story of her birthday is also the day of her father's death.
I've gained an inspiration from this video, I've been thinking about listing my top 5 as well, but it'll be split in 3 categories. I'll have to do some thinking first before releasing mine.
I like the oldschool mainstays. Leticia as an R was such a great investment as a driver for time sensitive missions. SR > Varna for her skirmish style, and Freya for her iconic slaps. SSR > Characters come and go, but there will always be one BERNHARDT! :D

I know she's not meta, but Lana will always have a special place on my team because she was the very first SSR I pulled, even before the free Cherie
I love Eshean, she is my main. Kinda an strong jack of all trade.
Kinda wish I had Isolde and Ice Imelda thou, they good sick design.
