Nice informational vid bro. Only thing you should have added or maybe add another video how to tell if the GT350 has the Gen1 or Gen2 motor, a lot of used dealers like to claim the GT350 they have for sale has had the motor replaced by the Gen2 and I've also noticed some of the sales reps don't even know how to tell. By looking at the engine tag under the driver side head plastic cover on the tag if it's a Gen1 it starts with a HA, the Gen2 starts with a KA... also if it has a 557 it's a non R, and a 555 is a GT350R.
Your videos all throughout 2024 on your Shelby pushed me to get my Shelby in July 2024 instead of going for a dark horse. Absolutely no regrets and love your content brother😎
Your videos are awesome and I’m glad you do what you do. I’ve got a 2017 lightning blue GT 350 with white stripes. Roughly 12,200 miles all stock. I bought it from the original owner and he was a major car person and that is the reason why I purchased it from him is he did a couple oil changes up to 7900 miles. Then I did my first oil change with Motorcraft oil and like you said some things you can sense in a engine I was not impressed with the Motorcraft oil so of course I went with Amsoil 5W 50 and I don’t think I will ever change from that. This car has probably now had six oil changes in 12,000 miles. But like you’re saying, I think it is worth it I also put a oil separator on the passenger side, which I think is well worth it for any newer engine because new engines suck oil right back into the backside of the valves. Great video. Keep doing what you’re doing and I love it. America.🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Great video I have almost the same interior with the smaller screen too and I could care less, I have the performance Pack so I am good with everything else. I don't care for any of the tech really anyway.. Oh, n I've been doing my oil changes every 2000 miles since I bought my GT.. People think that's over the top but I don't.. The fresher and cleaner you keep all your oil's, (trans and gear oil too) the longer the car will last, it's simply a fact.. Back in the day we always did our Dailys every 3K so I don't believe in 5K to 10K intervals.. I don't care what the dealers say...
S197 if your going heavy mods, best bang for buck. S550 with 10r is nice but Ive seen dudes break them at high horsepower, but if you want handles it’s better.

Glad you’re enjoying your Shelby GT350! 😎🤝
Good job as usual, but did I miss the dyno vid showing 800 hp??🤔🤔
I would also recommend everyone use amsoil! Especially if you’re on E85
E breaks down your oil
Amsoil have additives that prevents tho

You think those rims would look good on a 2020 GT500? I love how they look on your gt350? You have a link for them?
Who did your hood pins!?
Paragon Auto in Houston, Texas!
@ Okay thanks I like em.
Would you ever consider buying an automatic mustang for performance? Such as the GT500 Automatic?
No more S650 pov vids?
i have an 08 GTCS and i really wanna bite the bullet and get a 350, how big of a difference is an FBO 4.6 vs the 350?
Massive. Not even close lol in a good way
Brother miles apart light years 😭😭
What do you think about the 11-14 GT or The 15-23 GT ? I been thinking 11-14 due to price but the 10 speed Auto do sound nice
You can’t go wrong with a S197

only thing is the engine really the gen 1 in the 11-14 just isnt as good as the gen 2-3 15-23 go s550 imo opg and crank sprocket and let er eat
Great video but I'd Look for one that an Older man had in his Garage. You don't want a car that has had multiple owners Period.
if only i could afford a gt350 :(
Yeah if you want a 900$ car payment
Lolol
if you’re buying a car like this the payment is the last of your worries lol
Nah, you can get a 600-car payment on 48 months pretty easily
if you're buying a gt350, $900 a month shouldn't affect you at all.
if you could trade ur car for a 2023 ctsv 5 blackwing would you ?
Nope!
@ interesting , 👍
saw a gt350 for sale near me with the aluminator motor swap in instead of voodoo what are ur thoughts on that
Doesn’t matter sense imo pass lol
@ lol
