Outback Comms Starlink Rugged Upgrades

My Rugged kit supplied by #outbackcomms is a few years old now. It certainly is outside “manufacturer” warranty timeframes.
A succession of small things have occurred.
1. My black box died. It was replaced gratis with a newer version.
2. I managed to get water into an IP67 fitting that a cable didn’t like. The cable was replaced gratis.
3. When I pulled the Rugged off the roof I noticed 2 small cracks at screw eyes. #outbackcomms replaced the Rugged “box”, fitted the new cable all gratis.
I’m not sure I know of any small business that enthusiastically backs their products to this extreme.
Whilst I’ll not be putting this bit of kit to too much use over then next 14 months it will get a fair shakedown in 2026 in some VERY remote desert setting of the Australian interior.
