Now I have another dumb question...... How in the world do you clean and cook your hog mauls? I'm not going to attempt to try to cook them if I can't find you got a recipe because my family said Miss Chris will clean them properly and she will show you how to cook them just like she did them chitterlings.

I definitely didn’t use enough salt. I added more afterwards, but I think it would have been better if added with the other seasonings. Thank you!

Chicken is not supposed to be that big. We've gotten so use to to these modified birds. Those pieces are a perfect size and they looked delicious 😋
