are you having problems with its first layer and printing consistency? Im between buying the CR-10 SE and the Ender 3 V3 KE, but I read that with the CR10- SE you cant adjust the z axis.

Creality put 2 spool holders there so you can hang another spool there.
That extrusion is strong enough to stand an adult male on a 3kg spool wouldn't make any different.
What qualifies you to know better than their engineering team?

Elegoo is junk you will spend 80% of your time making setting adjustment rather than print
