EDIT: Irish traveller are considered a different ethnic group. They have their own culture and language. They are not related to Romani and they do not interact with that community. They are called travellers because for hundreds of years they went from place to place selling mostly metal work pieces they made. This is where we get the unpleasant term "tinkers" Today they usually live in caravans and move from place to place. It is a very incestuous community due to not interact with "settled" people which causes an extremely high number of birth defects, most notably Spina bifida. It is common to have birth defects that when you get pregnant here you have to answer a question about having any Irish traveller family on medical forms for pregnancy. Social media has helped s many travellers to connect to a wider community. It is so so important for they LGBTQ+ has historically caused the person to be shunned and ostracized from their community. It's made it more acceptable to get married to "half-bred" (one parent settled/ one traveller) and "settled" , which as mentioned will help greatly in reducing birth defects. Social media is a reason some Irish traveller women have decided to go into further education. Mostly social care for their own community. One last edit: Please do not send hate to any girls on social media, they are made to believe that "Settled" people will abuse them. No matter their age they are always susceptible to grooming and abuse, of all kinds. Fear and the cycle of not interacting is one of the reasons they have the violent stereotype. OG Post: In the video Irish traveller is mentioned. I have tutored some but almost all the females I have tutored were much older than I am and had been taking out of school by their parents before the age of 13 and we're taught how to clean and take care of kids until they are married off. Women in the community, aren't seen as much and therefore they don't need an education. They also tend to not engage with "settled" people, this usually means they don't understand the "social norms" Settled people have. There's also a high rate of abuse of all types in the community. They do speak and spell like your examples. It's taken a long time but social media like TikTok have been a life saver for a lot of these women. It helps a lot with their mental health and from some of the community I've talked to, it helps them feel more connected to the wider community.
This case gave me whiplash, damn this human bean is unhinged. Also I think she may have (tragically) meant to say arsonists instead of narcisists in her gofundme at 04:37. Great video as always!
This reminds me of this girl I knew who insisted she was half Asian, took a DNA test and discovered she is literally 100% white then got all disappointed 😂
It's funny watching Gen Z girls excitedly opening their DNA results, live, on UA-cam and having a meltdown when they discover that they are 100% European😂
As a british, you often see the 'popular' / 'generic' white girl often heavy tan with a shit ton of makeup. If you grew up here, you knew if a girl from her make up was british and that already sold me that she wasn't black at all.
@@lewiscarroll6986 I'm American and recognized this as a joke right away. I don't think that's the thing that's holding these people back from seeing a joke as a joke

A whole traveller community rocked up in our local park last year and i can attest that the woman are so far removed from 'regular' society that they have competely invented a style of fashion that looks completely insane to the rest of us... like if Barbie took alot of acid then got ready to go out. and was colourblind.
I'm not condoning her trolling and claiming she's black but this really did make me realise that people outside of the UK know nothing about the traveller community.
She just seems like a really elaborate troll - Even down to the name "fanny", which has a, um... Certain connotation in the UK. Reminder that trolls like these don't give rise to themselves, it's the morality police who choose to acknowledge them who shoot themselves in the foot by giving these people more exposure
130% Agree. It's obvious she's trolling. Nowadays you can't make any joke / troll because the morality police which consists of 75% bullied kids with no life and anime pictures is there to "serve justice", which ironically brings more traction to the actual troll. Can we just go back to 2014 lmao.
I’m pretty sure this account is satire. This girl is clearly a traveller but it’s most likely someone taking her videos and making fun of her because of her tan and her status as a traveller.
british person here, she’s very clearly satirising the “traveller” subculture of girls (usually with an irish background) who live in mobile homes and have excessive tans and dress very similarly to how she is dressing. a lot of these people take actual pictures of real life travellers and edit them or use them to make accounts like these. as the person said, fashion is their main creative freedom. a lot of these traveller women leave school at around 12 and are basically bred to be mothers and wives and nothing more.
I was educated to a tiny extent when I used to watch my big fat gypsy Wedding focusing on Irish Travellers. I think she is genuine based on what I saw and young. They wore provocative clothes, fake tans, danced like strippers and all at a young age and eductaion in most is frowned on. They pretty much give up life by the time they are 25 years old and if they can read well they are a genuis.
So we let people act like they are a different gender but won’t let people “race transition” literally what’s the difference you people have ZERO COGNITIVE FUNCTION
There’s a destructive trend with social media, people like this would be completely irrelevant with little to no followers if people didn’t hate stalk them. It’s perfectly reasonable to be angry seeing disgusting behaviour, but they use that anger to obtain fame. I wonder how few social media scandals there’d be if we collectively could just block (and report when necessary) such accounts silently. Posting rage-bait seems to be the most guaranteed path to internet fame/infamy, a lot of these people know that and are calculated. The ONLY way to hurt or punish a narcissist is to completely deny them your attention, they don’t care if you hate them, your engagement sustains them.
Preach. I never heard of this person and certainly would never watch weirdos who are unintelligent and so stupid there whole personality is based on being another race.
Very true. The problem with rage-bait, though, is people want to share their opinions. I think it could be that they’re worried not reacting would allow the behavior to perpetuate and be seen as acceptance, so by responding they are attempting to make it clear the behavior will not be tolerated… however thanks to how algorithms work, this obviously counts as interacting with a post and the platform thinks they liked it. I’m not a professional on human behavior and why we do the things we do, though, so it’s just a guess.
Black is a skin tone. She definitely acquired that skin tone. I also wouldn’t call her dialect hood or ghetto, just has laughable typographical issues.
Anyone from Britain could tell she was an Irish traveller straight away. There's loads of them here. She's not trying to be fake, that's how they actually dress and tan, believe it or not. They actually think they look good. Check out the "Appleby horse fair" to see more of their "culture"
She's a traveller. That's why she tags Ireland, and why she can't spell, and why she uses tanning beds etc. Plus, it can't be easy to live in the UK with a name like 'Fanny'...
But that makes these girls sound like insular european backwards hicks, when to me they seem to be pretty clever, funny, and on the ball. Outside of the heavy tans, they look great too. IDK about this traveler thing
I'm half Jamaican and half British and I'm nowhere near that skin colour or face shape. She can't even get the right flag up- the internet is has gone mental, this girl is crazy
I’m from the UK and can safely say this is very common in the Irish traveller community. As soon as you mentioned her house burning down and she said it was a caravan along with how she had a post on her TikTok of her on a horse carriage it all started to make sense. Also explains her grammar/spelling. Essex is also one of the most well known areas for women who excessively use sun beds and where you find guys who pluck their eyebrows so I guess I’m less surprised than I was initially.
americans learning about irish traveller culture and wondering what is wrong with a random girl from essex is not something i would enjoy this afternoon. clearly some more research could be done but still its amazing video
i don’t see how some men there plucking their eyebrows is a worthwhile thing to mention in your comment, i don’t see how that correlates to extreme tanning or has any connotation that you’re trying to subtly hint at. Lol
than god for that ,someone with some common sense ,all this backlash against her wanting to be black because it "insults what black people have been through during slavery " is just political correctness gone mad , thank you for not jumping on this self righteous bandwagon .
I don't understand how people end up this way. This is just madness. Edit: I don't understand how the replies in my statement here devolved into madness. I guess the insanity spreads out to everything and everyone.
by spending all day everyday on tik tok watching woke losers dance around and virtue signal you like a bunch of redards. that is how these types of people are created.
It’s so clearly a joke. Americans don’t understand self depreciating humour at all. She’s making a joke at her own expense, and at the expense of the absolute snow flakes that actually get offended at something that’s clearly not meant to be taken seriously.
Nah, she was definitely trolling. Not sure how anybody thought she wasn't 💀 Edit: You might wanna ignore the warzone in my replies, idk how this happened
Troling or not blackface is absolutely disgusting. Edit - to all the people who keep saying she just trolling, SHUP UP THE FUCK UP. I and many others black people get made fun of our skins on a daily and she is there trying to be black and get praise for it. Its not fair and like I said before who care she is trolling that's still blackface
LoverBxy it would be if she were in any way trying to convince people she’s black, but as can be seen from any of her videos she is making fun of people who unironically heavily tan
She's a traveller, and it's so blatantly obvious that this is the case. It's probably not something that's easily apparent to people who aren't Irish, but everything about her, and her friends, screams traveller, the tan, the fashion sense, the mobile home reference, the surnames, the interiors of the houses, the whole aesthetic is Irish Traveller. I've never seen a black traveller in my 54 years, because there aren't any. They're an extremely insular, tight knit culture that are not known for championing black rights, or women's rights for that matter. I suspect she's taking the piss, having a laugh in the only way she can as they generally marry very young and they're expected to fall into line, have children, do housework, and obey their husbands. It's a different world with different values
The people that were commenting on her stuff like "stop blackfishing, you don't understand what my people have been through" have literally no idea that as a traveller her ancestors probably had it worse in Ireland than blacks have had anywhere
Adding to this, travellers seem to be the only people it's "acceptable" to be openly racist towards. When travellers come through my community, police presence is raised, people in my community harass them and tell them to go somewhere else, my company head office even sent out an email to my work to tell us to "be on guard" as travellers were present in the community. I agree that there are some horrible groups of travellers out there who just spoil it for everyone else, but I sympathize with the ones who are just trying to live their traditional life. I've met some wonderful travellers in my years and it's upsetting that with all the progressiveness happening in the world today, travellers are being left behind and dogged on.

I always hated the argument we'll never understand what they went thru bc none of them experienced that. How could they possibly know what's it like if they didn't experience it? Mighty high horse there.
They still experience the effects. Let's not pretend that things like: redlining, discriminatory hiring, refusal of opportunities, sinister programs like the Tuskegee syphilis experiment, and several generations of white families building long term wealth off of their backs didn't do anything to damage the experience of black people compared to their white compatriots. That damage persists to this day in ways that anyone with common sense can see
As a Jamaican myself, I hope I can straighten this out. Jamaican is an ethnicity. We are not defined by one race. I have in fact met many white Jamaicans in my lifetime, but I know she was probably joking about all of this and just had a severe tanning bed addiction.
"Jamaican" is not a race....it's a nationality. Even if she was 100% Jamaican she might not be black. Just like there are black Swedes and white Japanese people....
I need to know the name of those Reddit detectives, who found out that she's not actually black but instead a white Irish. I feel like I need to thank them personally for solving such shocking mystery.
Lol but y’all call a man in a dress a women 😂😂😂 if that can happen I will gladly call this person black you people need serious help and you are the problem.
Any person from the U.K. instantly identified this as someone taking the piss out of the traveller community. It’s really strange watching outsiders dissect this and completely miss the point, her putting #irish is not to “poke fun at Irish people being pale” 😂😂
As a person who lives in Britain, this is very OBVIOUSLY a joke- fanny means female genitalia in English, soggy knickers means wet underwear in English.
What irritates me more than anything is the fact that they think all black women act like this. I grew up in the hood and in foster care and I don’t talk like this.
It kind of bothers me that “she lives in the UK” is being used as proof she isn’t black. There’s SO many black people in the UK… she obviously isn’t black, but that isn’t a valid reason.
She shouldn't have been banned. Nothing she said or did was racist. She was embracing this ridiculous look. Not saying being black is bad. She liked it.
Came here to say this. She’s not black but this was as if we don’t have black people here in the U.K. Do they not know that the British empire used to rule some of these countries. Ireland also has loads of back citizens- never seen Thin Lizzy? I mean she’s not black and that’s an issue but I don’t see what the point of her being British is
Hey, I don't know if you are romani or not, but just wanted to let you know that many romani people don't like the G word being used by non-romanis and consider it an ethnical slur. They prefer the term roma or romani.
Something about British tanning culture - Fake tans are very popular with like teenage girls and stuff here, in some places its really popular and is mostly in England as far as I'm sure but some Irish travellers do it aswell. I live in England and I'm not 100% sure but I think a lot of it is in the more north areas as I have lived in the South my whole life and have never seen someone with extreme fake tans. Fake tans are really quite popular here because you can only get a natural tan here in like summer and because of the weather it rains a lot even in summer so it can be difficult to get a natural tan in some areas.

I was going to comment this but ill hop into this one to bump it higher. I suppose this is a topic that outside of the UK isn't known, but tanning, over the top makeup, accessories etc are big in the Irish traveller scene, which this girl is clearly from (tagging #irish and living in a trailer) Google 'Big Fat Gypsy Wedding' for context on the tanning stuff. I've no doubt that there may have been a bit of attention seeking in her posts, but I would assume that the spelling is because she was perhaps home schooled? I'm not sure cultural education comes up often when homeschooling which would easily explain the awkward Jamaican thing. Again, the blackfishing tanning thing is easily explained with the tanning culture. Either way I'm not really sure this deserved a whole video. Certainly speaking to someone from the country in question before making this video would have cleared alot of this up. I don't disagree that perhaps her videos are insensitive, but a little bit of context does go a long way.

As a Jamaican, I can say that saying that being "0.9% Jamaican" doesn't constitute as you being black. There are so many ethnicities in Jamaica, saying you're black because you're jamaican is pretty braindead to say the least
Yeah that is dumb, but its just as dumb for people to gatekeep a race and decide how black is black enough or how much of any race is enough. You have Essex in South Africa also. Her family probably travelled from there and when they found a new Essex they felt it was destiny or something and stopped travelling.

This is giving me flashbacks to middle school where there was this white guy who did a test and found out he was %1 of african descent, After that this caucasian little boy walked around saying, giving, and SELLING n word passes. Nobody stopped him because most people at my school were also white and wanted to say the word.
I’m pretty sure people knew she was trolling, I think they are pointing out the other aspect of her stupid antic, her horrible portrayal of a black woman
There are a large percentage of people these days that, from the moment they wake up, are spending their entire existence looking for anything they can find to be offended by. They long for their social media presence to be noticed and relevant and this very often comes in the form of virtue signalling. To them, something like this is a goldmine for them to excavate some self-aggrandising and virtue points from. That's why there were so many white people commanding things like "You will never understand what it's like for black people" and failing to see the blatantly obvious hypocrisy in that.
As a person from Essex, it is common for people to exploit tanning beds and I honestly burst out laughing when the Essex tanning thing came up, she’s the literal stereotype
This is a troll account, and these types of troll accounts are actually made quite frequently. They take videos of Irish or English Traveller girls on TikTok minding their own business dancing to songs, and reuploading them to their own account + adding misspelled text, and writing all this nonsense. It's fake. I'm from Ireland and have Irish TikTok as my fyp and these girls have to constantly let people know that these troll accounts are not them! Hope this helps clear things up :)
she probably a troll but I think also that boys and girls who are gypsy don't go to school or leave at 11 so probably don't know about black history and seeing black people getting attention so she wants some attention by trying to be black but it still wrong to do that
My god her poor skin, A family member of mine was pretty addicted to tanning salons and decades of using it ended very bad for her. She started having cancerous moles start popping up slowly then full blown skin cancer happened overnight. Tanning beds can be safe used sparingly but can be disastrous used this much.
yeah, that's the real issue here. she is guaranteeing skin cancer. and in my opinion the only possible justification to ban her is that she may inspire others to do the same. though I would say that the connection probably isn't strong enough to justify a ban. unlike eugenia cooney for example, who should have been banned from youtube years ago for endangering viewers (mostly kids) with her anorexia shenanigans.
@@personpeople6390 They DO claim to be Asian lol. Constantly. They even received eyelid surgery to be "more Korean." Although, it seems they lost the attention they once had from it so they've become more "generically Asian" and take parts of different Asian cultures.
A lot of members of the travelling community aren't educated and are pretty isolated from society, as well as holding incredibly outdated views, I'm not saying this is in any shape or form an excuse but it's the explanation for it. Pretty crazy
@@jamesbuchanan2001 from what I've gathered about them, although they travel, they are usually isolated from other people groups and the general society in Europe. They're called "Travellers," or Irish Travellers.
@@jamesbuchanan2001 no. They are very insular and tend to stick to their own. The men might be more aware but that's not saying much. Travellers are misogynistic in general. (Not all mind)
Jesus some people genuinely have no idea about the travelling community. Bizarre. They are an ethnically distinct group of traditionally nomadic people from Ireland and Scotland, more Irish and Scottish than the mix we are now. They often come under criticism for their misogyny and aggression, tribal style family feuds and lack of respect for settled people and our laws. They've also gained a poor reputation for playing the victim card. That all said it's a very complicated issue and should be a nuanced affair. And my ultimate feeling is that this may be a troll account, one of a few it seems, that are taking Irish travellers photos and creating a narrative. Now I'll zip it because honestly it's a subject I don't know enough about, so that's l all I'll say on the matter.
As a(Welsh) traveller - same. Hilarious reading everyone up in arms about racism and "blackfishing" (never heard of it! ). Reminds me of the old signs in English pub doorways of the 70's and 80's - NO BLACKS, NO DOGS, NO IRISH. The Irish were beneath blacks and dogs! xxx
How did people not realise she's an Irish Traveller straightaway? The fashion, the tan, the spelling, the decor, it all screams Traveller. (Also, she and Ebony-Chelsea tag each other all over their socials as Traveller "cuzins", and call themselves "proud Traveller gals.") Traveller girls get pulled out of school aged 10 or 11, and they dont always attend regularly before that, so their literacy may be poor, but they certainly aren't dumb.
She literally said she lived in a trailer, no? I felt like that made it immediately obvious. There was even a show like in the last decade or so about US travelers lol so Americans in the comments confused - like this isn't new 😂
Yeah this whole thing is framed in a super US-centric way. The reveal that "omg she's from the UK that proves she isn't black!!" made me laugh, like there are no black people in the UK or something. But she's SO OBVIOUSLY a traveller and it explains everything she does.
I'm British and when I was growing up (I'm 21 now) there was a huge trend of girls extreme fake-tanning in school. They'd use all sorts of methods to look darker, but usually ended up more orange. Heavy foundation, dark thick eyebrows, fake lashes, and overly lined lipstick. There's a lot of places in the UK which just aren't that diverse, a lot of places that don't teach about black issues or history. So growing up, this look didn't have much of a backlash. I'm guessing those girls kept their delusions as they grew up, and with more money just went to much more extreme levels of tanning.
Lol I love how these internet detectives figured out she was in the UK from her currency and how this channel talks about it like they're super geniuses and this internet person was foiled by her lack of intelligence. It's not that complicated.
Especially because if their point was to prove that she's not really black then her being from the UK meant nothing, there are millions of black and mixed UK citizens.
It's really weird to see an international, especially American audience interacting with traveller culture. I know it seems like an elaborate troll, but I think a lot of people from the UK were able to instantly recognize her as being a traveller. This style of fashion/beauty treatments, the excessive tanning and makeup style... it's all really popular and common among traveler communities. I believe her poor spelling, grammar etc and just general lack of self-awareness of awareness of the world, a lot of travellers leave school very early or don't go at all and the communities are very isolated from the rest of society. I think it's completely plausible that this girl is just ignorant, not malicious with her behaviour. I doubt she's had much exposure to what is or isn't deemed acceptable by the rest of the world, travellers really do live in their own sort of community separated from everything else. Crazy how platforms like Tiktok have allowed these obscure cultures to interact with people who would otherwise have never even heard of them before. I think she really is genuinely confused by people's response to her. If you still think she's a troll, or being intentionally racist I'd suggest checking out the UK tv show My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding. It's a documentary series about travellers and a lot of the women on the show look exactly like her and talk/act the same way too. I think if some of these people on Tiktok had more exposure to travellers Fanny's behaviour would make a lot more sense to them.
Aye she seems to be a traveller girl taking the piss (no chance she actually thinks she's black in any way shape or form) but still the way she's taking the piss is pretty racially insensitive. Like she clearly knows that saying she's black gets a rise out of people, and undereducated or not she's not completely disconnected from society by virtue of being a traveller; she's plugged in to social media after all. Mad to see what the yanks are making of the travellers though.
Being a Brit, this screams traveller a mile off, you can just tell with the accounts. Not saying its right but with no schooling or social dynamic out in "the world" they can't know and tbh don't care. They're looked down on a lot and get hated whenever they arrive in new places so they definitely feel a social injustice but they see everyone of every race the same. You're either a gypsy or You're not, that's it.
If she actually thought she was black she wouldn't make light of it. When she proclaims that she is black and base her personality/content around it she does so because she knows she isn't black.
@@Kage-jk4pj She's taking melanotan on top of tanning. It's hard to say if she is trolling or she's lying to herself considering how nuts some people are. If she's trolling she's really going hard. Method-trolling.

@Robbie A yes alot of the women LOVE tanning , because they have very traditional gender roles, the women are permanently stuck at home cooking and cleaning , beauty and fashion is one of the only forms of self expression they have so they can tend to "go large" with it ! Edit : The men have alot more freedom and can be very good with horses ,making money ,scrap metal and fighting - the world heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury is a traveller.
@Robbie A you're very welcome. I’m black british, from south london and I can confirm white british girls have a trend of tanning themselves. Since i got to uni and gotten to know more of them (i grew up in a very black & asian area) I realised how popular this trend actually is. Lots of them have fake tans! I couldn’t tell until they mentioned it, but i’ve gotten better at realising by looking at their hands the discolouration and patches are quite funny actually😂. On of the main reasons they do it is bc some of them think they look pale. (I don’t blame them, its literally never sunny). They don’t intend on looking black, just tanned, but of course there’s a v small minority like miss fanny over here who starts to adopt being African as her identity in order to get closer to her darker skin fantasy.
This is interesting do you know of any videos or studies about this because I knew of this a little but I did not know it was like kinda trendy in a way

On many UK reality TV shows (geordie shore is a really good example!) you can see how it’s literally just a thing they do and some obsess over. Some of these girls really think they look pale, and they tan (whether naturally in the sun or by buying fake tan lotion and sprays) to give them a ‘healthier’ glow. I can only say so much about it because I’m not white so I don’t really understand as deeply as they would, but it is just a normal thing some white girls do on the UK.
I don't really understand why someone would go to such extremes just to troll, especially when tanning that much can damage her skin permanently. Seems a bit stupid to do that to yourself just for attention on the internet.
Apparently from British commenters on here she is a “Traveller” and whether or not she is making satire of how Travellers culture are, this is somewhat known in and around Europe. If anything shes trolling as a traveler but its not accurate to what they are because shes mocking BLM, and calling herself Jamaican. Idk British commenters kinda helped me understand the “Traveller Culture” but it still doesn’t make sense to me yet and doesn’t excuse the girl’s behavior.
I know there are bigger issues but I can't get past what their skin is going to look like in the future. It's going to be like leather and they'll look at least 15 years older than they are.
well if you dont have type of skin that tans well you even cannot get that thing out of tanning bed. They use fake tan on top of the tanning bed to get that type of skin color.
People really got this upset over her claiming another race, but if some dude tries to say he's a girl then we all need to accept that or we're "transphobic"
Thought it was weird how many people are pointing out that she lives in the UK so there is NO WAY she can be black and from Jamaica. Although, yes this is 100% a troll account, it's not impossible that she would have someone in her family from Jamaica while she lives in the UK. Jamaica was a colony under british rule not that long ago, and also there is a thing called MOVING.
Actually as it was a Slave Colony so you can be fully Jamacian and WHITE , But in this instance NOPE - it is unlikely a tarveller will have any jamaican roots of any colour as they just dont mix with anyone . The Joke is on her Celtic skin it - is incredibly fragile and prone to wrinkles and losing elasticity- really fast . I had Irish friends at school who use to sit in the sun and tell me how lucky I was for being black and I did not need to tan, I was lucky because I was not an idiot and ruined my skin and look like a prune
Fanny mae lives in a caravan. I don't think she's a member of the caravan club. she's a traveller. The girls barely attend school and leave at 12. That would explain her terrible spelling.
As soon as I heard “her caravan was burnt down whilst she was at a wedding, I knew she was a traveller”, and the Irish hashtag backs this up. I don’t think it’s a troll account at all, this is how these girls live.
@@youtuber6193 But if a group of people probably thousands of comments says they are offended and she keeps posting BLM and black barbie yes of course she is trolling. trolling real bw.
It would be almost impossible for an Irish Traveller to have any Jamaican roots even if they were white Jamaican, As they just dont mix with other people . They were also highly racist - so would not know how a Jamaicanof any colour could find there way into the irish traveller community .
As an italian I see the so called "italians" from US (or even the one who claim to be irish / scottish) in the same light as this type of girl... Your 5 or 10 % from your great great great grandparent doesn't make you italian / irish / scottish etc... Ethnicity is not exclusively DNA or physical appearance, ethnicity is having a common cultural and national tradition, sharing a language... Edit: Black americans do that too. So don't make it as "only white people do that"... Being african means that you come from the african continent, black americans and africans (which includes also people from north africa aka Arabs) are very different. There's no "black culture" in Africa, it's a US thing. In Africa there are 54 countries, each country has their own culture, customs and traditions, languages, so putting all the countries under the same culture is insulting.
I'm American and hate that about Americans. They say they're part english, norwegian, italian, french, german but are a small percentage, don't know anything about any of those countries and don't even care to learn about it.
@@dratelectasis This only work in US, all around the world people use the "I'm part xxxx" if at least one of their parents come from a different place and doesn't matter what they look like, what it matters is the cultural background. Even the concept of race and ethnicity is different in Italy and in other european countries. Race here is an outdated classification, and the one who divide themselves by race are considered the racists one.
@Grace AsherImagine pretending to be from a place you've never visit, imagine not knowing the language of that place, imagine not knowing the cultural background and the customs and traditions of that country, imagine not knowing the history... But still telling everyone that because your great great great grandpas came from that place you are in some sort tied to that country. Yikes.
@Grace Asher I mean it’s true tho lmao white ppl just claim ethnicities without even being culturally in tune with them. you don’t even know about these countries and would never actually visit or bother to learn the language. it’s not a stretch to say you’re culturally American, you know nothing different, it’s fine to just be white and american lol!
The concerning thing is. Sometimes it’s genuinely difficult to tell the difference between satire and genuinely delusional bc there really are people like that 😭😭
If people feel good about treating someone who they believe to be delusional, like they treated her, they must be insane. If someone can't accept themselves for who they are, then they need help, not someone hunting them down for their actions.

EDIT: Irish traveller are considered a different ethnic group. They have their own culture and language. They are not related to Romani and they do not interact with that community.
They are called travellers because for hundreds of years they went from place to place selling mostly metal work pieces they made. This is where we get the unpleasant term "tinkers"
Today they usually live in caravans and move from place to place. It is a very incestuous community due to not interact with "settled" people which causes an extremely high number of birth defects, most notably Spina bifida. It is common to have birth defects that when you get pregnant here you have to answer a question about having any Irish traveller family on medical forms for pregnancy.
Social media has helped s
many travellers to connect to a wider community.

I've never seen a black traveller in my 54 years, because there aren't any. They're an extremely insular, tight knit culture that are not known for championing black rights, or women's rights for that matter.

Sometimes it’s genuinely difficult to tell the difference between satire and genuinely delusional bc there really are people like that 😭😭
I mean if men can identify as women, then why can't she identify as black ? After all, race is just a social construct.
If people feel good about treating someone who they believe to be delusional, like they treated her, they must be insane. If someone can't accept themselves for who they are, then they need help, not someone hunting them down for their actions.
She is probably a traveller by the looks of her.
Sunny is uploading a lot recently, very glad. Good job as always
