NEW DOCUMENTARY DETAILS THE JOURNEY OF CONVERSOS

More and more people around the world are finding out through genealogy and hidden customs that they are descendants of Jews from the Inquisition, known as Conversos. The brave, Cuban born Genie Milgrom discovered and proved her maternal Jewish lineage dating back to the 14th century. In the new documentary "Between the Stone and the Flower" Genie Milgrom shares her journey through time.

I read Jeannie Milgrom’s book and it is a fascinating one that had particular resonance from touring Jewish Spain and Portugal.

If we investigate 100% of Spaniards, more Jewish ancestors would emerge than can be imagined. The way to cook? Come to Galicia and see and ,above all, the custom of having a saucepan exclusively for milk occurs in almost all of Spain.
