project stardew is a ongoing project of mine where I'm converting a old shed into my cozy tinyhouse and the surrounding land into an organic off grid homestead. I'm doing everything by myself with a very low budget and little to no experience.

You need to research mold caused by condensation. You need a vapor barrier. I'm building a shed also.

Add on to condensation issue. I have 30x50 garage & 40x40 barn metal bldgs. YES IT IS A VERY REAL ISSUE where metal meets the wood. It sweats like a cold drink on hot day. Wood rot etc will occur if no vapor barrier. Heavy duty 4 mil plastic or a good tarp placed between metal & wood will help. Research the issue & maybe someone has better info.

Man leveling a house/home is such an expensive thing. We just had a man here to check out the house and it’s something like 10-14k to redo it. Wish we could use a jack!
Looking good, but it really makes things easier if you hang the drywall on the ceiling first, then do the walls after. Cool shed though.
I'm doing barnwood horizontally no dang headaches and time with drywall, just putting it up against insulation

Ironically we're about to start drywall in about half an hr in a super similar set up 😂
Are electrical permits and inspections not a thing where you live? Running wiring behind the studs would never pass any kind of inspection.
