I ordered some seafood that was made like this and my god it was inedible it was just overloaded with salt so much so that it made the lobster ruined you almost wanted to wash the lobster as anywhere the liquid got was overloaded with salt as if someone accidentally dropped a tub of it in.

Reminds me of camping around the family farm once a year we would stock the pound with trout and invite everyone over for a fishing tournament. We would roast trout by the fire all night. All kinds of sauces and seasonings but I like them hot off the fire with hot sauce. We just wrapped them in tin foil, whatever seasoning you wanted and threw them in the fire for about 10 minutes and it was so delicious and the family would be there along with all the friends and neighbors we knew. I'm talking a large mix white, black and mexican in the hills of NC its awesome. People bring lobster boils. Side dishes, tamales, tacos, steak, chicken whatever you can grill. I love it..Very special childhood memories for me
