hey bro! both can be good options, depends on the other equipment and you personal priorities! I personally would say, if getting already enough -fire resistances by ravenlore and phoenix shield, and I can reach next BP with the IAS ED jool in helmet, I would prefer that! =)
Super cool and different build :) but still so expensive and still so slow compared to other S tier specs. But if you're a super rich player and wanna try something cool and different i can totally see this build 🤠
