What do you think about the 600 Overkill ?!? I hope you enjoyed the video and thanks for watching!
Thanks for the content!
Already know it’s gonna be a great video
Pls Do red blood in the ballistic gel dummy
In your next
Love it!
Istg if Scott pulls out another comically large gun imma lose it.
One day in thousands and years, archeologists are going to dig up Scott's range and think it was the site of the strangest battle in history.
“We can’t tell if they used the folding tables offensively or defensively, but they definitely used them for something”
Many a Furby lost its life on that day.
Those comment has been said 30,000 times. And you didnt think of it. Shuuu
Evidence shows the battle of the eggplant saw almost as many victims as the siege on Watermelon Hill.

Imagine being a squirrel, just hanging out on a branch, when you hear the loudest sound imaginable before being bukkaked with cheese.
After this much time I’m fairly certain he is considered a deity by the local wildlife
I would say , that grounds starting to be very fertile.
There could be Kentucky Ballistic field made up, after he ends up with this.
Bukkaked with cheese 😂😂😂😂
I love the math you do😂 I had 20 2-liters, we went through 7, that leaves us another 7 and then “We have 7 5-gallon water jugs, that is a total of 150 gallons of water” 😂
lol i had to pause after the water jugs to check the comments. i was like i cant bet the only sitter saying something dont add up
Maybe Scott was counting on expansion for the water, due to the massive ballistics of the rifle. For example the 35 gallons expanding to a temporary mass of 150 gallons? 🤣 Wink-Wink
Kentucky math?
Scott gets it wrong on purpose for comedy, he’s actually much smarter than he tries to look. Sorry if you already realized this and you just continued the joke. I am not very good at irony.
@@Idiotdragon8Yes, this is evident in his older videos, where he was more scientific and serious.
I always wonder what the cleanup is like and how the range is always spotless in every video!
Isn´t that what the chaingangs in the local Jail do :)
omg I think about that all the time😅
I think the T Rex has to clean the range after every video. That's why he hates Scott so much. 🤔
🤣@@largebills337
Well that’s why he has W, he’s the maintenance guy.
I feel like it's only a matter of time before he's got his hands on a 16 inch gun off of a battleship.
Who says he doesn't already have one and is waiting for federal clearance to shoot it?
Bets are he's using uss Wisconsin 's guns for it

@@richardmcslick7770 Those who know, approve of this message
Scott gets closer and closer to a Warhammer 40k Bolter every video and I'm here for it
Scott would be the only non augmented person who could use an Astartes pattern bolter without his arms breaking from the recoil
He do be a Catachan shootin. Bolter from the hip
Someone should get to work on it. If anyone can withstand the recoil it's Kentucky Balistics.
Next on Kuntukey Ballistics. "Today we will be firing the Imperial Bolter gun made by The Imperium of Man . This was loaned to me by The God Emperor himself.
@ Shmaider- Isn't the bolter a rocket round? And if so would that reduce recoil?
I absolutely love Scott’s laugh. Maniacal but with so much joy 😂
Much Like JorgeSpraves?
His Laugh is contagious !
His Laugh is contagious !

The fire ring coming out of the barrel was really awesome...great video Scot!
Scott miscounting the remaining soda bottles 3 times was pretty funny
He also called 35 gallons of water 150 gallons.
agree....I am still laughing at that.
seven five gallon jugs of water does not equal 150 gallons .....or is it me and my math?
I see what you did there... 3 times
I got 19
That gun kicks so hard it scrambled Scott's brain, his math isn't math-ing today.
Right!? I don’t think 7 x 5 = 150 😂
and he had 20 soda bottles, shot 7 of them, and had 7 left somehow@@jarretdurst7110
😄 agreed!
Rewatch the 2 liters segment. The math never lines up. Frigging hilarious. Scott don't need math. He gets all the important numbers right. I am dubious about the 10,000 ft-lbs given the shoddy math in the rest of the video, lol.
@@erikpace336 good point!
The performance of the 600 Overkill is mindblowing. The ring of fire that blows out with each shot is so big it looks like the one Johnny Cash fell into when he seen June Carter. 🤯
Wait so if I have one, 5 gallon bottle of water that's only 5 gallons. But if I have 7 of em that's 150 gallons 🤣🤣 Scott is the man!!! I love this channel!!!
Scott's new channel, "Kentucky Counting."
Must be Kentucky math 😅
The FIRE-RING this gun creates is just insane😬
Yes, I would love to the slowmo of the entire thing. Maybe slow mongius part 2
I mean, talk about a burning ring of fire!
I remember when Rob was discussing the 600 OK on the accuratereloading forumn. I was debating building one, then I fired my 500 Jeffery and realized 600 gr @2200 fps was enough for me. I did fire my friends 577 T-Rex last year and that was an experience
Now imagine 900 grains at 3200 fps
I've been a fan of the channel for a long time but I just recently went back watching some of your original content and WOW how far your channel has come! Thank you for all the years of hard work Scott!
At this point I’m convinced Scott could shoulder fire a field cannon
Well, he could always try his punt gun for starters…
@nondesperado ...BUT...
he sneezed a bit too hard this morning.
I love this community so much omg.
I've been telling him to get a 20mm cannon for ages.
@@comfortablynumb9342 that is a anti-material rife
That fire ring was so impressive didn't expect that
You beat me to it that was amazing
Repent and trust in Jesus. We all deserve Hell for our sins, such as lying lusting coveting and more. We can't save ourselves, but Jesus can save us. He died on the cross to save us for our sins and rose from the grave defeating death and Hell. You must put your faith in him only. He is the only way to Heaven. Repent and trust in Jesus.
Romans 6:23
John 3:16😊❤❤
Seems the barrel is about 10 inches too short to make full use of the powder.
@@christianweatherbroadcasti3491 If you don't put more energy than a silly copypasta in random videos into your proselyting you're surely going to hell my son.
Horrible last meal 4zombie bust
That gun is awesome! But Scott doing Kentucky math had me in hysterics all episode. Thanks for the great content as always!
😂definitely Kentucky math and I read the comments just to see if anyone caught it
The blowling ball shot is mystical! Thanks for another impresive demo👍🙏👏
5:24 that ring of fire in the high speed shot is beautiful.
6:08
Wow. Muzzle flash reminded me of battleship guns firing. The recoil probably felt like a naval rifle as well.
Bigger than that 5" 12 gauge Micah had a couple days ago.
Loved the video! Been revisiting some of your videos around your accident time. It’s an amazing sight how much you have recovered since. Keep up the great intros
damn, that dinosaur had murderous intent with that woodchipper xD
The fireball coming out of that rifle is truly impressive!! 11:04
Man that fireball each time was sweet.
@@zacharyhawley9736 everything about the rifle was a work of art, from the engravings all the way down to that sweet ring of fire.
10:54 is the fireball
@@christrigg1 yessir
I know right??
Considering how big of a fireball comes out the barrel each time, I'm wondering what the optimum barrel length would be for 600 Overkill.
That would be interesting to investigate and see just how high the muzzle velocity can get.
Love this 600 Overkill rifle! It's absolutely beautiful! And the 900 grain brass it blasted out was extremely impressive. Good show my man! KAB!
Good question and could you suppress it? And would it reduce recoil??? And would Scott’s shoulder ever forgive him?!?!?! Find out on a future episode of Kentucky Ballistics 😂
OK, that is a real beast! Scott, it never fails to amaze me what you will put yourself through for all of us.
I'm reminded of when Matt shot dry ice with .50bmg and the steel core ended up sitting in the dry ice pointing up still spinning. Single most amazing random happen I've seen. Whirring away slowing down on the table.
The same thing happened that one time he fired a tank shell at some safes. When you shoot as much as he does, those 1/1,000,000 odds are bound to hit every now and then. Still wild.
I dont know why but theres something about Scotts bad math thats just so hilarious to me 😂
So is (Scott's Math ) a real thing. Cause I was wondering about why his figure was off. 5x7= 35 not 150 lol.
Maybe he really did buy 21.43 gallon jugs who knows 😂
He is “Kentucky” ballistics…(from a person who grew up in TN)🤣
Yeah first I thought I miss heard him then I went back and rewatched it and then I thought maybe I was loosing my mind. Not sure what went wrong there. lol
Scott's "math" is a running gag that is in a lot of his videos.
Any gun that knocks Scott back two steps is a monster, indeed!
Anyone else appreciate the fireball that thing makes
🔥🔥🔥
Scott, your first shot with the 600 overkill in slomo, when it hit the target, i could feel my laptop VIBRATE because of that, and its not even at half full volume
*edit* and that zombie, "zombie head?what zombie head, i didn't see one. did you?"
.600 Overkill? More like .600 Oblivion, because that's exactly where the target is going. 😂
The Obliterator!
that ring of fire in the slo-mo is a thing of terrifying beauty
Came here to say this
Absolutely love the fire ring that thing makes with every slo mo shot, so incredible!
Greatest muzzle flash I've ever seen and once again an amazing entertaining video !
The mathematical prowess displayed in this video is remarkable. 11/10
That's just how they count in Kentucky
We were sitting here smoking and caught on to thislol
His math sounded like that new fangled crap they are selling in schools where 2+2=blue
@@TheOneAndOnlyFloridaManScott is the only person in KY that can read
Just getting more and more silly is the man
Gotta love that Kentucky math on the 7 5 gallon water jugs. You're lucky you're handsome Scott 😂😂
7x5=420 69
lol same with the soda bottles.. the number being different every time amused me 🤣
Looks like Scott and numbers just don't mix [today]. Worse than pig and elephant DNA.
Yea he did that in the 2ltrs.
35 gallons at ~8.33 pounds/gallon comes out to 291.55 pounds, so he wasn't far off if he meant pounds. 🤣
As always thanks for putting on a good show Scott
Scott is such a kid at heart lol. i love it.
The child like joy that Scott gets from destroying folding tables just tickles me to death!!
It looked like Scott almost forgot to feel the recoil with the 12 gauge 🤣
Dude, the Ring of fire from the muzzle flash in the slow mo shots were so cool.
Stumbled upon your channel. You're very informative and freakin funny! #Subscribed
The hydro-nacho pressure at 7:40. LMAO. I'm not a gun guy but I LOVE Scott's enthusiasm for firearms.
If you look close you see a cheese dragon flying upward.
Normally the muzzle flash is not captured very well on camera, but here it was insane, like huge fireballs and some nice fire rings.....almost like a magic spell from a game lol
"I CAST GUN!"
magic missile
It looked like the main gun going off on a Battleship, the flash is massive!
I love the flaming doughnuts from this gun and the short barrel S&W 500 and 460. They look great on this video!
Epic. Muzzle flash from that thing is like an artillery piece.
My favorite episode of the Simpsons is when Homer is chasing Bart saying ILL MACE YOU GOOD 😂 swinging a mace . Nice Mace Scott 🤠 or you could say Nice Kentucky Toothpick 😂
A friend of mine and I really enjoyed watching your videos. Sadly, he passed away last year. I've only now started watching again. He would have LOVED the .600 Overkill. Amazing rifle.
I am sorry for your and may your friend rest in peace.
That's unfortunate. Hope things get better for you
Sorry to hear about your friend. Good ones, the real ones, are more rare then diamonds.
That chronograph mace swing was pure gold. I love this channel.
Sir that's a flail or a Morningstar but not a mace
@@goreobsessed2308 I knew someone would get me on that 🤣
Had me laughing 😂
That was awesome. What a beautiful rifle. Keep up the great work.
You know a gun has some MASSIVE recoil if even Scott is hesitant to fire it.
You know it's absolutely massive when a 12 gauge is used as a basis for reference 😂😂
That's some Retina-detaching levels of recoil...
That is the most mess I've ever seen from 5 bullets. Absolutely wild.
Can we talk about the fire vortex that came out of the barrel! 🤯💥🔫
The figuring in the wood stock was elegant and beautiful. That was a rare and beautiful stock! Love that rifle
The power on these rounds are amazing. I wonder if the 4 Bore/4 Gauge rifle round would be even more devastating if the bullet was pointed like this one instead of rounded like a slug? Would be really interesting to see.
One of the most violent things I've seen happen to a ballistic dummy labs product, that head literally turned into an aerosol! Love it!!
I laughed so hard on this one when you were smacking the eggplants. Love the channel brah. 😂
The tennis ball could have added a new character to the T-Rex saga
There is nothing better then watching Kentucky ballistics after a long, stressful day of work 😩
The cosmonauts were hit by cheese on that one 😂😂😂 7:59
I genuinely enjoy this channel guys got a hell of a personality that you can kind of like to sit back and just drink a beer with or root beer and it's always entertaining to watch his videos
I absolutely love the halo of fire that comes out of that thing. 🎉❤
The muzzle flash alone was just damn amazin' !
Like a giant 500 magnum😅😂
Scott is slowly collecting one of the best elephant rifle collections along with other fun toys
Slowly?! That wouldn’t be the adjective i would use.
Incredible collection regardless!
It started with the punt gun. Soon he'll be moving to somewhere in the middle of nowhere Nevada and become the real life version of Burt Gummer.
I love how he has all these expensive elephant rifles and then to show a comparison he shoots a $200 mav 88
Best part about it is the laugh after he destroys something. Thanks for the content man!!
I love and appreciate the pure unbridled chaos that is Scott. And having family from Kentucky, I can tell you if you leave Kentucky people unsupervised long enough, they all turn into Scott. lol 😂
I think this is the first time I've ever seen Scott physically take steps back after firing a rifle.
I think he was actually shocked after that zombie shot...... it was mean, damn.
@tpuukko4424 I'm talking about the very first shot at the beginning of the video, but ya I was shocked at the zombie shot as well
He expected that with the 4 bore... but this?
This is a special kind of overkill
I mean that one rifle that exploded in his face sent him back some distance to be fair😅
Hearing that first shot at the steel was impressive. From gunshot to impact was almost instant.
6:09 duuuude that was the sickest muzzle flash I’ve ever seen
Scott, love your channel!!! Honest question here brother. You’ve had the unique privilege of testing some of the most unique and powerful rifles in the world. That being said, from a realistic standpoint, if you had to pick one as the most ideal balance between power, weight, and recoil, what are you picking? For example, you gotta take one on a dangerous game hunt whether it’s grizzly bears in tight cover or over to Africa to hunt Cape buffalo. What are you packin!? Thanks for the videos and keep em comin’!
This channel is like the clown car of absurdly big guns that I love to death.
It was interesting to see the 900 grain solid that you found on the ground. Sectional density seems quite decent. When you have shown the bullets from the 700 nitro express they look like a larger 45 Acp bullet, with poor sectional density. When a bullet weighs that much, then maybe it doesn’t matter, kind of like a cannon ball. Anyway, it would be interesting to see a penetration test between the two calibers, and maybe have the 4 bore and 577 Tyrannosaur thrown in too. A higher sectional density usually means a higher penetration.
Beautiful rifle, unbelievable power.
That round hits a sweet spot power to weight wise and Man that stock is beautiful 🔥
Scott acting skills at intros are just getting better 😂
You know Scott some 2 inch pvc cut in 3 foot lengths added to the feet makes for a handy lift kit for your tables. I use this method for everything from a print table on the jobsite to cleaning fish. Works well. Thank you for all your hard work for our entertainment. Keep it up brother!
Your Kentucky math had me cracking up.😂😂😂. The muzzle flash off of that weapon is beautiful
I am far from recoils sensitive but man.. every time I watch Scott shoot these insane rifles repeatedly I am just amazed.. that is some serious punishment
Probably one your best episodes! Loved the "ring of fire" when you shot the 600, but just overall a REALLY funny episode... I was in tears! Keep up the good work!
Totally started singing Johnny Cash when I saw the first ring of fire.
Came here to say the same thing. The intro skits and cutaway gags have been so good recently and they already get a chuckle out of me usually. NO ONE! LIKES! EGGPLANTS!!!!!
"I was in tears" now THAT is overkill...
That weapon has the most impressive fireball I've ever seen for small arms.
I agree on that point.
A person can go (single frame) here on you tube. Just pause the video and then use < or > to go (back or forward) one frame at a time. Check out how huge that fireball is as compared to the 12 gauge at the beginning.
I think it would be cool to do some hydro printing/stamping. There is a guy on here that does it with big black powder rifles but it would be cool to see the big boomers you shoot give it a try. Basically he puts letters or an image (raised or 3d) under a piece of sheet metal and puts water jugs on top and shoots them.
i love how that bullet makes it into the water jug without leaving a hole. truly remarkable!!
The flash at 5:25 is one of the best I’ve seen.
for real
600 overkill is a understatement.
That thing hits like a truck
You crack me up Scott love your videos man , keep them coming👍
The fireball off of that thing reminds me of when I was firing a M109A2 howitzer in the army
I like the direction K.B. has taken this year. Would love to see more medieval weapons of all kinds implemented in videos!
That Fire ring was amazing, talk about a burning ring of Fire.
One hell of a man shooting that on a knee. Loved it..
Wow that thing throws huge fire donuts, impressive blast/flash from that rifle!
I never would have believed that I would ever see Scott go head first into the Chip-O-Matic 6000 😂😂😂😂😂
The green mist from the zombie head was impressive but the giant ring of fire out of the barrel is even more impressive. Nice one Scott thank you so much for making Fridays even better 🤠👍
SCOTT. ..SCOTT ...SSSSSCOTTTTTT. Congratulations on your award and thanks for the knowledge and the laughter. Well deserved award, brother.
That mathing had me questioning my sanity.. might need to lay off the cones a bit 🤣 Quality content as always my man, love the work 😁
I appreciate that the maker put Weaver rails on top of this thing, as if someone is actually going to shoot this thing at a range that necessitates a scope
Imagine the scope eye
That shoulder cannon would be strictly open sights for me!
That fireball is absolutely insane!!!
I still want to know if you clean everything up yourself, or if you have a crew that does it for you? ;)
Have you thought about just tossing in lead that you find from from shots into random merch orders? I think it would be kinda cool for someone to find in their order. Anyway great video as always!
the way that thing spits a fiery ring out of the barrel as it goes off is crazy
How can you not love Scott? Dude is an actual ray of sunshine lmao
i absolutely love his giggles when he shoots these guns, its like a kid in a candy store situation.
Or a southern man in a half price gun store. Gold either way n full of unconditional fun like a child. Don't grow up much y'all!
