How to make THIS Embroidered Patch Logo Mockup - Realistic (Plugin Free + Psd Template)

- I created this embroidered patch logo psd template/mockup some years ago and even though it was a realistic adaptation, plugins free, it lacked a certain quality. It didn't fit "realistic" because it was flat. So today, I'm going to fix that through color separation. This is a technique where you separate the colors to get a high quality image.

Thanks so much for this template and tutorial! The biggest roadblock for me to start selling embroidered items was the lack of mockups. Just gave it a try for one of my designs and it looks fantastic! Is there an easy way to adjust the level of separation/shadow between colors if I separate them into their own layers like you demonstrated here? I think it looks better than the flat version, but I'd like to make it a little more subtle (my design has yellow and white, so I think the fact that it's two light colors makes the shadowing look a little harsh). Thanks again!

hy quick question if my design has only one colour do i still need to save to make it look more realistic...
What file format do you save the finished digitize embroidery file as? I have a brother se600, and google says brother only accept PES or PEC, I don't see either option.
hey question about copyright or tradmark or whatever it is..whats the word on hand drawing athletes in a moment of glory? as an example micheal jordan doing the split dunk? i have a drawing that looks sick on tshirt that i think would sell well. its a somewhat vague silhouette type drawing, the only characteristics that stand out are a man bun and the number on the jersey? its plain to see who it is though. is it fair use? there are no team emblems, no names..but there are nike signs drawn on his feet

Group 1 is a premade design.
It doesn’t matter if it’s in there or not. You should have your own graphic

I only worn it once and washed it once. Its still holding up. However, I also printed on the right material. More on that later.
