My apartment I just signed a lease on that is 1530, parking 200. Washer and dryer in unit, it's super nice and they offered 2 months free! So I think I found a pretty good deal!

One thing I wanted to mention is that when it comes to apartments screening your debt obligations, they are looking for delinquent debts or debts in collection. I think I may have misspoke and said that they simply look for a certain amount of debt.

Thank you!! I'm moving from CA, so any "common sense" when it comes to weather is completely new to me. Thanks for the great tips!
Prices are extremely variable when I'm looking on Zillow so if you have any tips about why one apartment is cheap and one is expensive but they're on the same block.

Hi Chris, I'm also visiting Minneapolis from CA. What a coincidence. I think we will get used to the weather fairly easily, especially if you are from north. I heard though that there is alot of gun violence there as well as the cold weather, a million ways to die. Good luck out there.

You read my mind ! I was just thinking about doing a video on what you can get here for $1000 a month, $2000 a month ect. And also different features. So your comment just encouraged me more. 😊 Thanks for watching and commenting!

Is there anywhere you can move to in minneapolis that's safe with $1300-$1500 rent budget?

If you’re including utilities in that budget meaning you want to spend $1300-$1500 after paying electric and gas, I would say it’s possible if you get a studio. A studio will be around 500 sq ft or less. For Anything bigger than that I would say no, that is not what I’m seeing for apartment prices at this time. Thank you for watching and commenting!
