As far as I know, if this is a truly original recording then it is very likely a lucky execution of bad header information on the compact disc or a failed - an illegal opcode execution generally (opcodes are lines of machine code related to a certain function in the CPU) which for some old processors can halt the process (the audio buffer is however not purged/cleared and the SPU carries on the reverberation of the sample held in the BIOS which is "Personified Fear"). You can fool the PlayStation with many discs, of which one of my own was a *Dreamcast* disc or you can try (and also brick/damage the system, FZERO showcases this and do not recommend this without protection) by having it connected, turned on and use insulated (plastic handle) tweezers on top of the CPU chip during the system runtime.
How was this done? And can this be done with any image?
