He literally lives around the corner from me. My Wife was working in the local post office a couple of years ago and told me a customer played at Woodstock. She later found out it was Leo and got him to sign one of my TYA albums for my birthday. He is a very distinguished gentleman.
Excellent video and sound of my favorite band. Perhaps the cleanest live sound I've ever heard of them. All 4 members were fantastic and Alvin was my favorite guitarist. In 1969 they were extremely accomplished as musicians and young enough to be brazen and dangerous. I had the good fortune to see them live twice in the early 1970s and a third time on a reunion tour in 1989. Fantastic live band. They loved the music and it shows.
I love Alvin, he was great, seen him 2x in AmSterdam, about 45years ago! He is and will always be my star!!! RIP Sweet Alvin where ever you might be ❤😢
Ten Years After at their best "The 1969 Broadcasts"(REMASTERED.!) This is a real gem...not much survive of the 1969 tour, but here is a fantastic showcase of Ten Years After at their prime
I know you posted this 3 years ago but I agree. I saw them live 3 times but this video captures the youthful explosive quality of 4 excellent musicians hitting their prime.
When I talk with friends about the history of modern music TYA is always the one I put the most emphasis about. It's a down to business band. So serious about what they did, four excellent musicians who really made us feel "R&R will never die". Thank you for this video.
Thanks for posting this classic! The second song is “Good Morning, Little School Girl”, what’s the first and third’s titles? Last one is “I’m Going Home”.

We should much more often mention Leo Lyons.
What a great bass player.
I do all the time
he’s a UA-camr now.
He posts often on UA-cam and very interactive with us ✌️
When I watch him it reminds me of the movie "The Wedding Singer."
Definitely full ef energy and still kicking.

I wish there were still bands like this in my generation, I'm 24 and I'm hooked on psychedelic rock
Me too brother

I love this goddamned band! Saw Alvin Lee play in Toronto in ‘87. Blew the roof off the place.
To borrow a phrase... If UA-cam was burning down this is the one video, I would save!
Grandi!!!
SUPER CONCERT
Fantastico! 👍👍👍
Dear Bruno-Thank You for posting some Amazing videos!! You Rock!
Alvin was about as underrated as it gets - and recorded the year I was born!
