Ma'am lateral pelvic shift ke liye Kya kya Karna parega. Mujhe pehle Lagta tha ki tilt hai Lekin ab yakeen ho Gaya hai ki pelvic shift huaa hai left side ko. Kyuki mujhe mere left side ke abductors zyaada tight lagte hai aur right side ke abductors weak lagte hai
Hi doc, I used to sit on a fat wallet under my right glute and used to workout in gym in a very bad form,i started having problem with my shoulder being uneven (right is a lil higher and backward and left is lower and forward). My left side of the body is stronger so have a lil more muscles on it. After searching a lot i figured out I have a lateral pelvis tilt with right hip smaller(i used to sit with a wallet on this) and left being high and more muscular. I see videos saying hips which are higher have glutas medius weak,but that part is a lot bigger than the left one. My chests are also in different shape and size bcs of it. I am literally very very depressed seeing that,whenever i wear any t shirt or pants,it feels weird,loose from one side and tight from the other. I will be grateful if you could help me out with this. I feel like I can never have a good body.please help.
@@vedantmarathe8031 Bro I figured out,its all bcs of pelvis shift,so my left pelvis is anteriorly shift forward and right is in uts place and I have lateral tilt with left being up and right being down.Now I don't know what to do about it. You got any real solution?
First of all I can totally relate to getting anxious, even depressed because of it. My life completely changed due to almost exact same problems that you're facing. I cant even go to the gym anymore. There's this sense of helplessness that I cant shake. Havent told my parents since... you know embarassment. Now about the solution - 1] Start doing stretches, exercises related to your problems. 2] Visit a Chiropractor to get bones aligned (I haven't , but I heard it helps)
@@vedantmarathe8031 Dude I have been trying exercises from last few months but nothing works,but it is not getting worse atleast. I have been to a chiropractor but he couldn't find the real problem and they are hell expensive!

m 1 leg pr zyada khada rehta ho or shayad iski vajah se meri left side muscle kinetic chain pr farak pada h like from shoulder obliques addactors glutes ankles and i have pain too in some area... actually i know about the physiology but dont know the exact problem..i thoought it was tilt but after saw this i think its shift caz i always stand on my left leg ..

You need to do exercises for it to strengthen your weak muscles and streching your tight muscles

First focus on strengthening your weak muscles and then stretch your tight muscles. Do strengthening and stretching properly.

Im 22 years old and I feel like I literally lost the most basic skill in life i.e. Ability to walk normal.
