I have heard about Gaja Allaripu (Allaripu using Elephant's gestures)
Mayur Allaripu (Allaripu using Peacock's gestures)...

The Alaripus you mentioned are not the types. They are different interpretations of alaripu in certain taala using those gestures. It's upto the choreographer what gestures or interpretation she/he wants to bring in her/his work.
This in particular, is set to Chachaputa taala, which is a Marga Taala.
Likewise you have many more taalas. The usual ones danced to are set to tishra, chaturashra, khanda, Mishra and sankeerna Jàthis.
