You are a wonderful teacher! I love that you repeat things several times and you speak slowly enough that we can absorb your info! I love love love this instruction. I want more of this same stuff!! woohoo
Oh wow! I am new to the Cricut world.Your tutorial was so amazing! I truly had no idea about the various blades and how to use them. I now feel so enlightened after stumbling upon your video, two years later!!!! Thank you so much 💓
Thanks so much for a great introduction on the new tools and what they can do! I especially liked the way you displayed the maker's list of media for each tip.
Thanks for the great video, very clear and easy to understand. One criticism I'd have (of the product - not you!), is that it seems to me you could just use the fine cutting blade and change the cutting line on your image to a wavy line?? If I'm missing something there though, please let me know?
I was not excited about the new blades that came out for our Maker...But now after watching your video, I CAN NOT WAIT TO GET THEM ALL..You did a great job explaining and showing us what the blades really do..Great Video and that you so much for making it. Kim
At last I have found a British site using the Cricut system, subscribed straight away. Love your demo, just got my engraving tip yesterday and used it on 2mm acrylic, great results, I then used a black white board pen to fill in the engraved area to hi light it, great result after wiping away excess. Looking forward to more projects
Thank you so much I am new at this it was over whelming me so I stopped using my machine until I came a cross your video!! I am looking forward to finding the new blades because of you. PLEASE keep making your videos and I will keep watching them THANK YOU again.
THANK YOU! This is a new world for me. Your video style and energy quiet the overwhelming feelings that wash over me as I learn about ALL the possibilities. (Subscribed for more.) Again, thank you.
The perforation blade would be great for cards to reveal something small like a gift card and of course advent calendars come December, I will definitely be getting my hands on one of those.
Love - Love - Love you!!! Your videos are always AMAZINGLY AWESOME as you are. Thank you. On our next England trip I’m stopping at some of your Craft Stores. I can have our dear friends ship supplies to me, hehehe
LOVE Your Nails! Great Cross Marketing/Attention to detail! Thank you for doing this - I've had the 3rd party etcher but never used. Very excited to do use these!!!
I am fairly new to the Cricut world and you have taught me SO much over the last few months!!When my husband bought me my Maker, he also purchased the Foil Quill accessory... (along with every other Cricut tool, accessory, blade, etc! Lol.) I love the Foil Quill and can’t wait to try using it on a project after using the new de-bossing tool!! But...I am wondering if you, or anyone with more experience than myself, have any thoughts on the possibility of foiling on acrylic after it has been engraved with the new engraving tool?
Nicole Stonebraker That’s a interesting concept. I’ll have a play over the weekend and get back to you. It would be tricky to get the foiling into the engraving because you need to eject the acrylic after engraving to add the foil sheets but let me play and see what I come up with ❤️
Crifty Crafty I have a skybox (from a company here called IBC) with a Miami address. In Amazon (and others) I have that address as my shipping address, so they would send it there and IBC would bring it down and deliver it to wherever I am in Trinidad. I have recently shifted to another skybox company because they are really too costly. In 2019 when I bought my Cricut Air 2, they charged me 800+ for it, this year when I bought my Cricut Maker, they charged me $1,300+ to clear it, I almost died because in addition to that I still had my credit card to pay. My mother lives in the US but you know sometimes I want these things ASAP.
Roxann Samuel eBay have the tips the cheapest. I live in the Caribbean also and it’s a struggle to get certain things to me. What won’t ship to me I have my friends ship them down. I just purchase those tips with the housing for $16.99 each with free shipping to me.
Hi nice to meet you :) love watching your videos you explain things so clearly :) thank you for sharing the new tools with us and what they do....wow!!! I think they are all brilliant!!!... not sure if we will be able to get them here in Australia....sure hope we can eventually.... Australia misses out on a lot of cricut products as sadly they don't ship here....or have design access available to Australia....I have mentioned it before but still nothing....anyway sorry off topic slightly yes I love all the new tools and hopefully look forward to trying them all :) The debossing tool if you turn it over after debossing does it become embossed? lol...may seem a silly question just thought I would ask.....would of been nice if they had an embossing tool too but musn't be greedy ...they have done an amazing job....really excited about them as you are :) keep the videos coming love your tutorials and guides etc....awesome :) love your perky cheerful personality....think its sweet lol.... have fun and have a wonderful day too :) magz :)
magggie22 Thankyou for your lovely message. I did a Facebook live yesterday in which we tried embossing with the debossing tool. The closest we could get to a emboss was with vellum and acetate. The foil poster board it showed through but wasn’t raised. Cardstock and paper did nothing. I know they are exploring better options for Australia and New Zealand so fingers crossed for you. It’s only 2 years or so that we have seen a dramatic increase in products over here and this is the first time a product has launched the same time in the USA and U.K. so hopefully this improvement will continue to other parts of the world ❤️
@@CriftyCrafty Hi again :) thank you for your reply :) Im not on facebook but interesting to know about your experimenting with the debossing tool, shame it didnt emboss... I hope cricut do include Australia...been asking and waiting for couple of years now at least...and still nothing!!!....shame really as they are losing a lot of custom/sales etc...have fun creating and keep up the great work with your tutorials really enjoy them and the way you present them :) have a nice day :) magz :)
Crifty Crafty I have come across your videos and I just love them! You explain everything so clear and in detail! I am new to the Cricut world and I'm looking at buying the Cricut Maker - mainly for the engraving feature, although I'm sure I will get addicted to trying out more crafts. Could you just clarify that I will need to buy the full thing for the engraving tool - the housing along with the blade? So around £45 altogether? I assume the Maker does not come with the easy housing as standard? Then if I do want any of the new tools (wavy, deboss etc) I will only then need to buy the blade bit rather than the full thing? Hope that makes sense! :)
I was a bit annoyed that Cricut keep bringing out blades and then, when I go to look at projects, I can't do them as I haven't got the necessary equipment. However, I am pleased I bought the Maker as this is the one they seem to be adding to. For me the blades are really expensive so, if I want one of them, I will have to save up. I already have a quick change housing which I bought with my scoring blades but where did I put it?? I have searched everywhere. It will turn up when I am looking for something else. Thanks for this video. If my Maker had started making that noise before I watched this I would have been very worried! Now I know it is normal!
Bravo!!! Awesome vid! I’m so glad you answered the question of the scoring wheel quick release housing ...now I don’t have to buy the quick release housing!!! Yippie!

What font did you use for the debossing tool demo?
Can this machine cut through aluminium, eg soft drink cans? If so, which blade is required?
Can I use the perf tool for a "stitched" look?
so do we need to move all the white wheels over to the right when egraving etc? I've watched several videos and no one goes thru this as a step?
Will these work with cricut air?
Hi! For the engraving tip, what is the maximum thickness for the material the cricut can engrave
Karen Hernandez I would not do any thicker than 2mm personally. I do 2mm acrylic and it works beautifully ❤️
Can these tools be used with the air 2?
What is the name of the cutting blade that you can inter change
Thanks so much
