- how to read Automotive wiring diagrams most simplified explanation part 1 see my channel Joe electronics schematics for Auto this explains how to read switches fuses and control modules to understand circuits. it also explains voltage drops and how to analyze measurements at the appropriate components and symbols. in the schematic you will get familiar with the symbols and components and their functions so that you can analyze any schematic regardless of make or model. you can also learn symbols and components and the function of each one through each circuit toggling the switches you either turn on the low beam or the high beam. also you turn on the lights you have to turn off the brake switch has to be put in the emergency brake switch to turn the lights out
Trying to hook up a command start in truck, the explanation of input and output was a game changer for me!

Sir i was thinking if you would also do tutorials on CAN communication circuits and networks and OBD 2 and how they work it would greatly compliment the tutorials you did..
Thank you for your comments I've tried to do so in the past but when I do the search for it and the views it seems like it's such a technical subject it doesn't get that much views or interests for some reason and I have tubebuddy application which tells me how much the search is but I'll try to integrate it somehow into a video cuz it is very important I agree with you thank you for your support of the channel
I've done some of those in the past but it's so technical some people were not able to understand it and the views really were not that good so I usually I go by what will create views thank you for the suggestion
When I first watched these videos I was confused about how a relay worked I think others are confused too I know it’s a coil that when energized it’s a magnet and it closes contacts in the output but beginners that are self taught need someone to explain that to them

Your channel is really helpful because you have a textbook but your explaining the text and pictorials and diagrams

One book I also use was HAYNES to show the view is different type of schematics

The best way to put any start button is from the battery to the fuse you have to use the right gauge wire on the right fuse amp rating this will not be on the diagram since you're adding it on
