Thank you for this video! "Watch Droid" is fantastic!! One issue I'm experiencing is unlike you, I can't see what the text actually says when receiving the notification. All I'm seeing is that I have an unread text message. I'm not using the stock messaging app on neither the phone nor the watch. I have the full version of "Watch Droid."
Make sure to check through all the Watch Droid settings on the phone app. You should be able to see full text messages. Best of luck.

Thank you for your excellent videos! - am returning my Lokmat Appllp Max for all the reasons you mentioned in your other video, and also that there was no workable Google Assistant on that watch, any chance you can share if this TicWris Max 2 has functional Google Assistant (or sideload-able perhaps) today? Very informative video thank you for all the work you put into it very noticeable. I have the TicWris Max I feel much more confident in getting the best use out of the watch after finding you lol! I will have to continue to follow you around to continue to use the watch in my daily life. @michaelbmw1931 yes I do still use it, even though the strap is partially broken. I haven't found anything as good yet but I'm hoping to find something this year. It's been a very dry couple of years for big screen smartwatches.

You can store music on it internally, yes. When you connect the watch to PC, the watch appears as a hard drive. There is bluetooth and I am pretty sure you can stream music to another device from the watch.

The battery life was two days when I first got the watch. A year later it lasts for just over a day.

Hi sorry for late reply, but anyhow I can't find any new big smartwatches. It's been dry since the pandemic started. In fact, I am on my second Ticwris Max S and as the strap is slowly breaking I may be looking at my Third Ticwris Max S. So that's what I recommend... Hopefully some new big watches will come out soon.

The phone is the original Microsoft Surface Duo (2020). There is another version which came out in 2021 (Surface Duo 2)
Thank you for that super-awesome, professional and useful video!! 2 Questions: Do I loose many functionality, when I have no sim card in the watch? (does whatsapp and stuff still work for texting from watch?) And, are there things that the Ticwris Max (DM100?) does better? It seems to have a larger battery, and larger display... thank you, best regards!!
Personally I think the MAX S is a more reasonable size for actually wearing on your arm. Without a SIM card (I've never used one in a watch) you'll be fine as long as your watch is connected to your phone, and maybe also connected to your house WiFi. I'm still getting very good battery life (>1 day) with my MAX S after eight months of daily use.
Can this make phone calls without a sim card?
hello Jason, my name is Philip. I've been watching your videos on the ticwris watch and I purchased one recently from Amazon. I had to send it back because it would not keep the correct time and I did everything I know to try to get it to change. I was thinking about getting the smaller version the max s. do you know if there is a way to flash a newer version of Android on these watches. I'm very concerned if I get another one Jason that as other apps come out they're not going to work with the version of Android that's on these watches. is there a way that you could let me know if there's a way to flash a newer version of Android.? thank you so much for responding have a great day

Is this watch compatible with T-Mobile in US? I have this watch & returning because T-Mobile & Verizon could not activate it.
I have a DM20C Android, I followed your advice and loaded Watch Droid, great app. thanks, Issue I’m having is when my screen goes to sleep the communication stops.There is no way to disable the sleep. Is there a way to run this program in the background?
You probably have to turn off "Battery Optimization" in the device's Settings to prevent Watch Droid (and some other apps) from going to sleep.

Yes I think you should be able to get Snapchat onto any of the Ticwris Max devices.

The JingTider is not water resistant... It sure does have a lot of memory though...

Hi guys. Are you sure you want split screen on that watch? The watch display is very small compared to a smartphone.
@@SupaaManix 😂 I haven’t come across that feature on any model since. Doubt their is unless theirs a 3rd party app.
I think you could run your monitoring app full-screen and run Google maps in the background for voice directions. On this watch you have to run Google maps full-screen because the map fonts are very small.

Hello movie great! I have a question, I am thinking about buying and here: DM100 Lem T or Ticwris Max or Max S. Which is better in your opinion?
The MAX S has the faster CPU and fits better, unless you have wrists like King Kong.
in another video you tested the waterproofness of the LEM T, it worked, did you test the Ticwris in this respect?
No I did not do a full water test, however the watch has survived minor splashes of water. Even though the manufacturer advertises water resistance, the printed warranty card explicitly states that water damage is not covered.
Firstly I want to congratulate you on being one of the best assistants I have had the pleasure to share your videos. Well don!
I have closely followed your recommendation with regard to the Watch Droid Assistant but am having a problem connecting to my Nokia 3 Cell Phone. It appears to pair correctly but under the settings you have 2 options, one for the internet the other for contacts. Contacts work but it will not tick the box next to the "internet" option. As a result I am unable to enable the step tracking option.
Are you using the paid version of Watch Droid?
No I am not.
I must however mention that when I attempt to connect my Nokia 3 to the Ticwris that on the Nokia the "available connection" is greyed out???
I have checked up on whether or not I am using the paid version! I am indeed using what is referred to Watch Droid Premium which I bought!
I have however reset the Wifi and Bluetooth and have now managed to enable the step tracking option. However I am still unable the click on the '"internet" option and when you side up the screen on the watch face, Bluetooth still has a red cross indicating that all is not well on Bluwtooth.
Some of my Whatsapp text messages are coming through to my Ticwris but not able to view any pictures or video attachments??

First of all, support the developer and buy the full version. Next, try Nova Settings >> Gestures >> Swipe Down

I'm not sure that's possible... But try using a Screen Rotation app from the Play store.

Root is possible? What do you think about DM20 smartwatch? It has a more reasonable screen size for the wrist.
I am pretty sure you can root this watch. Check "FullAndroidWatch.org" forums for details about rooting full android smartwatches like this one. I am totally enjoying the size of the MAX S and it does have a nice amount of screen area.

I don't think we will see MicrosSD on these watches, ever. Also, the APPLPP seems very expensive and most of all, is NOT water-resistant. You really need water-resistance on a watch that expensive!

How can i copy the data from my computer to the watch because it is not the normal USB cable ?
Put the charging cable on the watch. Connect the USB end of the charging cable to your computer. On the watch there should be a notification that says "USB charging- tap for more options"..... Tap it and then tap "Use USB for file transfer".

It won't let me log in at all, to "update" youtube, may have to return this, any ideas? It's like I can't get it to manually let me sign in, says it has an error connecting to google or something, wifi is on, internet is working.

The battery life is about two days with Bluetooth and WiFi turned on.
Hi trying to modify my Ticwris max , it has android 7.1.1 softeware. was unable to load Nova Launcher because watch says doesn't support. can you help?
How has the watch been I just order one did I waste money ?
Nova Launcher has changed since I made this video and I'm not sure it's the best choice anymore. Some people have recommended Total Launcher instead.
I still wear and love this watch three years later, but the watchband is coming apart and I notice the screen has a crack underneath the screen protector. My watch is "not long for this world"

You actually have to reflash the firmware if you forget the unlock pattern. 😵💫 according to the user manual. Visit the Ticwris official website for the tools to do this.

You should be able to get text messages without a Sim card. Use the smartwatch app. For best results use Watch Droid. You can reply to text messages with quick replies or emojis or by voice-to-text

The setting is on the watch, turn off Third Party Adapter. You should install the Watch Droid app on your phone and on your watch.

Connect the watch charger to the PC, put the watch on the charger. In the watch settings (as if it were a phone) you must turn off "Charge by USB" and select instead "Transfer Files by USB".
