@tim it only takes gms connection so t-mobile, or at&t, simple mobile etc. No verizon, sprint, boost, metro nothing. I have verizon i had to buy a simple mobile sim at Walmart now i have two separate bills and phone number

You can put a sim card into it. I did try once, but it did not work, but you can download apps from the playstore That will allow you to make calls Trust me you don't want to make calls on it You can't even use a Bluetooth headset at the same time And the audio from the watch is not that great.
What I did was I had it on my phone And I just transferred the data from my phone To the watch And download the latest version of the app And put it on the watch But I don't know if it will work anymore.

Just go download Nova launcher From the Play Store The calendar is just a widget That you can download from the Play Store As well
Nova launcher just Makes it more like android its just alternatives home launcher
Can you install team viewer on it? Then control it with your smartphone?
So just gave it a try you can't control the watch with it not supported but you can connect to other devices with it and control them.

How do you transfer the data to your watch?
Just plug its charger into a computer and the connect to watch that's all you have to do.
How do you control volume with no volume button?
You have to do it through system Settings or hope the app that you're using has an option.

I actually have never tried putting my SIM card into it until now and I get no service in anyway sorry I can't really help

Battery life is pretty good playing lots of videos and music you should be able to get a full day.
