    I'm 15 years old(female), I've been facing extreme hair fall for the past two years. I've tried many homemade remedies, nothing's worked. My hair used to be really thick, now it's really thin. My parents don't take this seriously, but it's been impacting my mental health a lot, like breaking down while in the bathroom or brushing my hair. Everyone in my family has had hairloss and their hair is very thin, I'd be really really grateful if you helped me on what I can do

      You should get your blood work done to check for iron deficiency, Thyroid tests, PCOS tests, Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 tests. This will give you an idea of what exactly is triggering hair loss and you can work on improving your diet and building health exercise and sleep cycle along with supplements. Since you are really young, if you follow these steps you can definitely arrest the hair loss. Good luck!

    I think pure distilled water should be lower than reverse osmosis on the list since it dosent remove volatile organic compounds like chlorine. you should also remineralize your filtered water with electrolytes.

    Finastride is better than a hair transplant because it makes the hair that you thin and shrunken into thick again and your hair can get thicker again hair transplant is limited on the thickness but its more for when your missing parts i feel

      @@Hairguard Hair transplants work for when your missing hair if finastride didn't exist hair transplant would be the solution even for hair you still have. But hair transplant isn't necessarily good as restoring the level you had in looks at it's full capacity it's not why ? Because the transplanted hair is limited on how thick it can get after it recovers of course the next year but FINASTRIDE it brings back the hair you still as thick as you used to have it this very important to look as good as used to for real to restore the real level you in looks at your max capacity this is a real thing. Nothing like the original because the original is able to get thicker God knows what's he's doing.

    • @gokublack5831
      @gokublack5831 4 місяці тому

      @@Hairguard It's not always about hair line to restore the level in looks you had for woman it's about the thickness in the front hair ,alot of times God the way we are designed he makes our hair grow from the midsection as opposed to all straight across. A hair transplant does the hair all straight across but its not always about that it's not our everyone natural born with look alot of us are born with the hair not straight across the head but more so with the hair in the middle section. Alot of us have the hair coming from the middle section of head more and the middle section hair crosses across the forehead from both sides and the hair from the middle section is lower on the head, meaning the hairs in the middle of the front hair are coming out from a lower part of the forehead that a hair transplant doctor won't do and can't well it kind of makes sense we'll maybe because they don't have the ability to make your hair as thick as it used to be with a transplant they only have the ability to add more hairs they call it density yes the process of letting hairs grow longer while accumulating hairs can work but it will never be the same as having your hair thicker.

    • @gokublack5831
      @gokublack5831 4 місяці тому

      @@Hairguard so hair line kind of matters but especially in the hair transplant because they have a certain amount of hairs they must choose follicles and it can get as thick as your original as far as I heard so they have to make sure that they use it on a straight across the head hairline to make it look natural I guess it can never be middle section based like our original hairs of some people of course not everyone has it just middle section based it still goes the sides of the forehead but it's come straight lower from the sides of the forehead like some people's.

    Dawg.. all love but.. you just grew out the hair you DO HAVE and comed it forward.. a lot.. The image on the video looks like that, badly. In the actual video I can see your hairline that's the furthest forward, in the middle, and the receding it's done in the LARGE corners. Word of advice... Stop stressing, nothing you can do short of a literal transplant but they don't always work, is nothing. Brushing, avoiding oil, topical creams. Dermaroller. My guy.. might as well just look for 4 leaf clovers, be superstitious, cause that stuff don't work lol. "Hairgrowth is an expensive product for the consumer heads"... You ain't "keeping" hair, you're going through male PATTERN baldness lol

      His hair looks way healthier and stronger! Of course, the hair length and style helps, but no way you're getting that hairstyle without a healthy hair. Besides, like he said, he should be bald by now, and he isn't.
      No one is stressing about it. For those who try it is an experiment. A way to take thing under control and promote self-improvement.

      @vicanjel 3 місяці тому

      @@MrShowoff27 I think a diet and lifestyle change can do wonders, and of course medication is needed for significant change especially for those already affected by baldness.
      I suffered severe stress between 16-21 and lost a lot of hair during that time; but I also had a terrible lifestyle and was using shampoo products that were murdering my scalp, plus a likely genetic influence.
      Did my lifestyle change and my hair is quite alright now at 24 (regrew a lot of what I had lost). I don't buy his products (besides I'm based outside US), I'm just a casual viewer of this and other channels. I did start using minoxidil and derma roller less than a month ago in high hopes of making my hair ticker and growing back even more hair.
      Bottom line is that medication + diet and lifestyle change can be a great combo, it's just common sense too.

    Running in good pure oxygen daily while breathing heavy is way better than the roller , massaging thing for the scalp you ger pure oxygen to the follicles by running this way way more effective. People don't realize our hair is composed of lives out of and grows out of oxygen it shrinks and dies without oxygen why androgenic alopecia takes down your hair the dht suffocates your hair follicles till there gone completely slow process not so slow actually but it does take years other things im your life style can accelerate it. See the problem is inside the massage roller doesn't quite help eating healthy foods and fruit running in oxygen while breathing heavy taking finastride to block the dht. Heck taking pumpkin seed oil and magnesium after running in good oxygen is way better than the massage roller. Oral minoxidal is better than topical minoxidal. Oral Monoxidal kind of does what running in good oxygen while breathing heavy does with whole pushing blood faster through there accelerating the heart rate but running helps so much better oxygen flowing through rhe hair follicles its very essential and important. Nutrients that go better to your hair when you run and breath heavy while breathing in good oxygen not cigarette or any form of smoking.
