Wisconsin Gun Deer Camp 2023/Northwoods

We headed to the Wisconsin Northwoods for the 2023 gun season. We did lots of scouting for the last month and felt we had a really good chance to get some good bucks. Unfortunately the weather was warm, and the deer changed pattern the week before. It ended up being a tough hunt and very few deer seen. My brother was fortunate to be able to take his first up north buck.

Hunting the northwoods is always a challenge! We’ve had plenty of years were there hasn’t been a deer seen!
