That's really cool. This was my first ever console & game - played it non-stop as child and still play it every now and again now. I remember seeing the Lola team in the manual for the game an always wondering where they were. If you don't mind me asking - how did you manage to get your texture into the game?

I was poking around out of curiosity and it doesn't seem to be stored in the usual TIM format in the image. Bizzare Creations seemed to use PAK and RES packaged files. I know the RES files contain some proprietary STR files but not investigated the PAK files yet
in fact the Car texture are using 7 tim textures , and all car using a part of those 7 files, and.. the most difficut all using 4/5 colors only (VRAM)@@zephyrj zupimages.net/up/23/35/sz1x.png

With emulator , Retroarch Beetle HW , yes the lola are on manual , but even on beta version no Lola had been done, they used the Mclaren as Lola .

c'est une torture XD 9 fichiers ultra petits le moindre pixel compté decale tout , et aucune des texture en couleur (palettes séparées x9) ..

My version not have Lola Ford ?!
Never released, even in Beta (just mclaren livrery) , only things who stay about Lola is on Manual , and in the introduction for around 5 frames .
If you rip the audio from the disc Lola is also included in the commentary section
