Sugar Ray Robinson and the Body Jab. Interesting to note Robinson rarely threw single jabs to the body, it was almost always preceded with jabs to the head. In this fight Lamotta was using the rare hand pendulum parry to defend the body jab which Robinson took advantage of by introducing the left hook to the head off the body jab. From there Robinson could also feint the body jab and turn it into a left hook to the head - sweet science of the greatest boxer to ever lace them up.

Ray Robinson had to pull all the stops when facing Jake Lamotta. Lamotta wasn't some low skilled brawler. He was extremely hard to hit, especially when it comes to aiming for his head.
