I always love how dead Gothenburg airport is, I hardly ever see anyone there when checking in. I have always been dissapointed with the cold buffet's , but your's looked much better than mine at the SAS lounge in OSL. I like the fact you pointed our the SN AVRO 100 lol, I mean that is probably a bit more enjoyable than the ATR's, only my view though. Looks like you had a nice day for flying , nothing worse than being in bad weather in one of these at 15,000 FT. Nice trip report indeed, thank you for posting it.
amazing reports!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!............video .and terrific sound!!!!!!!!.......congratulations MR PAUL! .........ATR 42 AND 72 are best props fuel efficients..it s always a great pleasure to watch your reports keep going!!!!!!!!!!!!
ANOTHER GREAT REPORT! If you want to get on a (video at 1:53) BAe 146 you better hurry, many airlines are facing them out. Now If you have connections, The British Royal Family have one at their service from The Royal Air Force. I've flown it several times before United Airlines faced them to The Mohave. They operated them, between Denver to Aspen during ski season. It was a great workhorse, it flew in weather conditions that the DC-9, A319 & B737 had a hard time because length of runway, wind-shear. airport altitude and visibility! Love the aircraft!!!!!!!
+TWTR4EVER Thanks! There are still a few of those around. I actually have a BAe 146 video on my channel, but I would love to fly one again before they all go!
+dbn52 I've got a full time job...a lot of my trips happen close together and I just spread out uploading them so I get a nice mix of stuff on my channel :-)

I recently flew on the ATR 72 to visby airport from bromma airport with BRA. Scandinavians ATR´s are far more luxury than BRA´s. But i came to say one thing The sound of an ATR 72 taxiing is pure ASMR
There is a rail service, if you travel from Gothenburg to Malmo and then to Copenhagen. I think the railway goes along the famous bridge between Denmark and Sweden.
I checked it now, and I found out that it only takes 30 minutes from Malmo to Copenhagen by a train and costs only 9€. But of course it takes more from Gothernburg.
There are direct train services between Copenhagen and Gothenburg! They use the "Øresundbron" that links Copenhagen with Malmö. The direct hourly Öresundståg service takes 3h30 but it´s often faster (about 20-25 min) to take the SJ X2000 Express service to Malmö and change there for a service to Copenhagen. But as there is a border control currently the direct service only operates from Gothenburg to Copenhagen Central. From Copenhagen Central to Gothenburg you have to take a regional train to Copenhagen Airport, then go through border control and then take a Öresundståg service to Gothenburg. Total travel time in that direction is 4h25 incl. border control.
It seems they reverted back to the previous travel time before border control, so 3h30 direct, 3h10 with a changeover in Malmö C. That's quite competitive! I miss the old railway over the Hallandsås, but the tunnel is faster and allows for a better frequency. Any experience with Finnair, btw?
And what makes you think that ? I've flown the ATR for 4 Years, it burns 600 kg per hour and got got PW127 (ATR72-500-600) which produce a maximum of 2750BHP per Engine. The Q400 got two PW150 engines which are much more fuel hungry, I havn't flown them, so I don't know the precise numbers. But it's simple math. The Q400 was designed to go higher than FL250 hence the more powerful engines, but did not get certified do to oxygen restrictions. Fun fact, the ATR's oxygen masks don't drop down if the cabin gets depressurized, and it does not have masks for everyone onboard.

Show...
the q400 is more fuel efficient than the atr family

I despise ATRs I love me a good Q400 but as an aspiring Pilot all aircraft should be seen as unique
7:33 what the fuck happened there
I think it was a slow motion shot
they shut down the other engine because for miljön
hahhaha jag e bäst på engelska xd
Correction: Environment=miljön
