"... and I went blind!" **dies of laughter**
it also happened to me but i lost breath for 2 minutes, it was scarys :O
Martynas Vizbaras it sounds super scary, that's why I'm baffled by his reaction
Huh, I thought I just missed some joke, even went back to turn closed captioning on.
Based on their reaction, I'm thinking there's a joke in there somewhere but I don't get it.....
Well he got better. I guess you can laugh at scary things once they've stopped being scary
“I’m more of a Three Billboards guy” was such a great line and didn’t get enough laughter
The delivery of the finale to that story was one of the most subversively hilarious things I've ever heard.
margot is literally me after domhnall said he WENT BLIND WTF
That story is not finished. I’m sorry but you can’t end on “and then I went blind” what happened next hahahaha
Ezra I was thinking the same thing! I wanna know more. For how long? Did he bruise his tail bone? I need a few more details. Clearly, he’s fine, but still.🤷🏻♀️
It happened to me once, I fell just like him and also "went blind", erased everything, but it was only for a few seconds, after that I got dizzy, kind of weird. But it passed Hahahah
@@Musicapop2 sameeeee. I got my ears pierced and I'm so scared of needles so I almost past out en went totally blind and deaf for a second while being able to know my surrounding. I felt sick and dizzy it was so weird
Please let Domhnall win an Oscar in the future just to hear his acceptance speech. It would be amazing!
These two are a dynamic duo first "About Time" and then "Goodbye, Christopher Robin". Tbh, in my mind she is the ideal Fleur Delacour.
love about time
MM 1992,
Same! It has a lot of heart.
In the film About Time Margot wasn't playing....It was Rachel McAdams....
katerina velona,
She was.in the beginning of the movie. The flakey girl.
katerina velona She (Robbie) was the first crush of Domnhall's character. His sister's friend. Such a wonderful chemistry they have even if it was a short scene.
Bill weasley?
No,its general Hux.
George Tarantino WHAHAHA I THOUGHT EXACTLY THE SAME
Holy shit Domhnall, that's crazy story! Why are we laughing???????!!!!!!
Because it's crazy/absurd. All laughter is an expression of fear, pain or discomfort. Think of any joke- ANY joke- someone gets it in the end. Embarrassed, hurt, short-changed, conned... SOMETHING bad happens to the "butt of the joke." So we hear this story from Mr. Gleason and we IMAGINE ourselves in his place, suddenly being rendered blind from something as simple as a fall, and it's a completely uncomfortable thought. We identify with the panic that he surely must've felt at the time and the absurdity of the situation... so, rather than get wrapped up in all of that imagined fear/discomfort, we laugh. It's a relief. Laughter is a GOOD thing. Because if we don't laugh, we cry and wither and refuse to face the world.
They are so delightful together. One of my favorite on screen couple, such great chemistry.
nina capila ... Who are great together?????
Tina Bradbury Domnhall and Margot. They were in About Time and Goodbye Christopher Robin. They seem to be really good friends in real life, it shows in this interview.
DOMNHALL: "I went blind! Isn't that hilarious?!"
MARGOT: "...No. No, Domnhall, it's fucking terrifying. And I'm not going ice skating or fall on my ass ever again."
OMG!!! Bruh *Margot Robbie* reaction at the end *Priceless* lol😭😭
Casual mention of Sebastian Stan❤️
domhnall going blind would have been a better clickbait title lol
Gizan Glyer Gizan Glyer why do u need a clickbait when u have Margot Robbie?
his laugh in last part was hilarious.
“And I went blind,” THAT CAME OUT Of NOWHERE! Oh my lord I am actually dying on my bed.
Margot & Be Right Back guy are amazing (:
thegossipswan009 m. C
“Be Right Back” guy lmao
Frank guy
Domhnall Gleeson
Emily E. Literally never noticed he was in HP
I am inlove with Domhnall Gleeson, what a wonderful man.
I love jokes that are so uncomfortable that you can't help but laugh. This is a perfect example of one.
*I cant wait for the day that Margot gets an Oscar, she is such a great actor*
this hasn't aged well
Everyone here is great but Domhnall is on a different frequency of funny from most humans. He has some ridiculous stories that he somehow turns from bleak AF to hilarious, he’s accepted awards for his dad with really funny acceptance speeches, and Oscar Isaac is his acting soul mate. Love him so much.
who remembers when they were in "about time" together
oh good now i cannot stop thinking about skating blades chopping off people’s fingers
hahahah me 2 xDD
And that's why you always have to wear thick-ish gloves
I know I never thought about that either
It's not as bad as they say, my finger was skated over once ): and it just got cut up a bit...didnt even need stitches. But still, ouch!
used to do synchronized skating... its happened before one of my teammates lost the top of her pinkie true story
I fucking love her
aristotle I love fuckin her
Ohhhh assholes calm the fuck down. She's mine.
I’ve never seen anyone so genuinely happy to have gone blind
Lol yo that story was hilarious😂
i really clicked on this video because I thought her shirt had a fallopian tubes graphic
I love her!!!!
Check out the description box, it says "I, Tanya" instead of "I, Tonya"😣
Someone read your comment and fixed it lol
Who does the spell-checking for this channel? Tonya is spelt as "Tanya" twice in the description box...*smh*
PommeTete let it go Tonya!
PommeTete who the hell reads the description box?
I went blind *proceeds to cackle*
Everyone else: ????!!!!!
Nancy Kerrigan is somewhere going, goddamit
evancortez2 yeah no Harding deserves none of this attention whatsoever
That's the way it is in Hollywood, Hollywood glorifies bad people and demonizes good people
evancortez2 i was genuinely confused when this movie came out bcs i thought the victim here was Kerrigan and....not....Harding...? What...?
AnnaSilver I haven't seen the movie but in an interview, they said they presented both her and her husband's version and what truly happened is up to the audience to figure out.Not defending Hollywood, but I've hardly heard that they demonize good people in their stories, they usually make them in these cliché inspiring films.
Lorena Perez thats true, Hollywood does cliché films about victims but they're making a movie out of this, and apparently margot robbie being the co producer of this film, only found out this was an actual event after the reading 😑 but yeah she went to see Harding straight away
That story just went from 0 to a hundred real quick bahahah
When’s Domhnall Oscar nomination? I’m waiting
maybe when he starts finishing his damn stories
SEBASTIAN
I think it's disgusting that she took that trash Harding" to the awards show. This movie is interesting because Harding is such a horrible person.
She's a icon. Get over it.
Lmao 😂 calling something trash and a horrible person in a UA-cam comment is the most perfect bit of hypocrisy I have seen.
i laughed so hard at the ending 😭😭😭
Lmao Domhnall is hilarious
He went blind xD
LOL his story though. Margot is so awesome too, love her personality.
I lost color In my eyes for an hour playing all stars baseball as a 14 year old. My buddy threw a baseball 100 feet or so in warmups and we were fake swiping down at a runner after catching the ball thrown from that far and I swiped before catching one time and boom the ball smacked me in the upper neck and it legit made my colors all messed up for a bit.
My three favourites all together! Absolutely love Margot Robbie! As an Aussie female she is definitely someone I look up to! She has such a positive outlook and I love how she keep such a level head in Hollywood! 💛
Smile with Mel she’s definitely a beauty and the best Harley Quinn
Mate she's Tonya Harding . Meryl and Sharon would have butterflies in their stomach if they saw her
And there they are: the three most beautiful accents in the world combined. I don't even care about what they are saying. I just wanna keep listening forever. If they were to make an audiobook, I'd be the first one to buy it. Ah yeah, and they're really great at what they are doing too
Margot Robbie is truly an Angel I love her so much
I love Margot Robbie and the movie is pretty good, definitely entertaining, but once again, it makes me wonder why Hollywood likes to glorify the "bad guys" so much and make them heroes and heroines.
Often they have more interesting stories. Films always need friction.
TJ Wells That's all good but I was referring to the tone of the movies, where they make the bad guy the hero, instead of the antihero. They often portray their stories as if they are misunderstood and also very cool instead of showing how they fucked up so that the audience feels uneasy and learns from it. You know what I'm saying?
TJ Wells Thats actually not true...
TJ Wells But I understand what your saying
Making a movie about someone is "glorifying" someone? There are an awful lot of movies glorifying Hitler then...
I wonder how sad someone's life must be to spell check the description lmao
i love them both in "About time"
Margot is such a sweetheart! Very happy for her! Can't wait to see her as Harley Quinn again this fall!
well, that escalated quickly!
Margot did really well in the film but i still think Tonya is guilty
Can i ask why Tonya is guilty?? I'm so curious i've been searching the comments for minutes
Presuming you dont know the story I'll rehash it. Tonya was a figure skater and her rival was Nancy Kerrigan. Only a short while before the olympics Nancy was hit in the leg with a baton which could have blown her chances of competing in the olympics. Police found that Tonya's husband had hired someone to do this to Nancy. No concrete evidence was found to say Tonya knew about the upcoming attack. Its alot of circumstantial evidence however, i think if you add all it up she knew about it. Tonya has given multiple interviews which contradict the movie Margot has just been in. In short, Tonya keeps changing her own story
MsRainbow Brite thx that helps a lot!!
How hot can one be?
I am talking about James ofcourse.
I thought Amy Adams could also have played Tonya.
yeah like 30 years ago lol
MrGenexxx 30 years ago...???? WTF???!!
fine. 20 years. bottom line Adams is too damn old for this role.
amy looks more like tonya yes, but she's too old now to portray her character...margot did an amazing performance....wouldn't have it any other way tbh
I suspect you are a younger person, when you get Amy's age, 43 and fall on ice the chances of break bones goes way up. Even if nothing breaks healing in general takes longer. While Amy looks amazing for her age she doesn't look like a women in late teens early twenties.
Margot Robbie and Sally Hawkins are bloody deserving of BAFTA and Oscar awards.
Ernesto can Margot win one since she's Australian? I thought BAFTA's could only be won by British people
Domhnall's story escalated rather quickly
I love Margot and she completely deserves the nomination BUT it completely glorifies Tonya in a way that it really shouldn’t. She did know about the attack, she was convicted for it and she shouldn’t be glorified.
Andrea Munoz i feel the same way. Tonya totally don’t deserve all the attention
maybe you should read up on what the word "glorified" means.
I doubt she is now a holy saint to be worshipped.
Belnick6666 it’s raising her popularity and likeablity by a significant amount. She’s not being worshipped but more and more people are now defending her and claiming her innocence.
People shoudnt be judged for their entire life, she was sentenced and paid, the movie shows you how hard her life was, something that should be used to your judgment, Nancy was judged because she was a white girl and from where she came from. And shes not winning nothing, people are just knowing her story.
Judged because she was white??? What the fuck is wrong with you? Stupidest thing ever posted.
1 Corinthians 6:9-18
9 Or do you not know that the unrighteous will NOT inherit the kingdom of God?
Do not be deceived:
neither the sexually immoral,
nor idolaters,
nor adulterers,
nor men who practice homosexuality,
nor thieves,
nor the greedy,
nor drunkards,
nor revilers,
nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.
18 Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body.
All must REPENT from Sin to enter thy kingdom of God.
Margot Robbie is so amazing
domhnall laughs like a total nerd i love him
Domhnall Gleeson laughed at his incident like it's no big deal lol. I was totally horrified listening to that story.
It's interesting to note that this is an American show with not one of the three from the US...
3.58 is the funniest thing I've seen so far this year
Ella es preciosa
So apparently Tonya Harding is some kind of hero now? Meh
Sophia Casillas entertaining? Some people love her? Do you even know what she did and what the movie is about?
I know. I'm struggling with this too. Not that Margot is playing her- all types of stories need to be told, but that she's being celebrated. I don't know, it just feels a bit icky to me. But, this is Hollywood where they applaud & celebrate people like Roman Polanski so...?!
Tonya harding is not the same as Roman polanski.. I mean i get where your point is coming from but they are not even slightly the same... Tonya is someone that has been labelled the 'villain' and Kerrigan as the 'victim' ever since that incident. They are both true and not true titles, both fail to capture the true nuance and complexity of both them as individuals and of the event itself. They both have been owned and played off of each other by the media ever since both reporting the facts of the case and pitting this fantastical fairytale piece of villains and victims when life isnt that simple. And if you watch the film, it isnt celebrating Harding at all, it makes it clear that Harding is an unreliable figure and that the truth isnt clear. Yes it doesnt consider Nancy's side of it, but its called I, Tonya for a reason- this is the story that treats her as a complex human being, an individual to like and to dislike, with flair and flaws in equal measure. If you want to see the story about both her and nancy kerrigan, this isnt it
razmataz13drums I didn't compare Tonya to Roman Polanski. I was merely stating that Hollywood celebrates people who have done questionable things. Whether that's through awards, cheering, applause & adoration, as with Polanski, or by making movies/tv shows about them & making them famous. I also didn't say that the movie celebrated Tonya. I said that Hollywood celebrates bad people like Polanski so no-one should really be surprised by anything when it comes to Hollywood. As for my feeling "icky", I'm not sure what I believe when it comes to Tonya's story but I don't agree with people benefiting financially from a crime they committed or were an accessory to. I'm sure Tonya has been compensated for her story & if not she certainly has by all of the recent publicity. I mean, she's on talk shows everywhere & even filmed a skit for Ellen.
She was the first American women to land the triple axel
I love how all three of them are in Peter Rabbit, Domhnall and Margot were in Goodbye Christopher Robin, and there are Australian, English, and Irish backgrounds
When Jame's laughs it sounds like a 50 year old woman laughing who has bad table manners.
I know Margot is a Harry Potter fan and well you know... That’s Bill Weasley so 😫
Margot’s laugh cures the soul
Omg hes in black mirror!!!!!
the one who died ? right ?
OMG HE WAS LITERALLY THE BUTT OF THE JOKE
Okay, but I wanna hear more about Domhnall's story
I'd be okay with Margot winning but they really need to stop this redemption narrative because Tonya was guilty. Period.
how do you know, were u there?
ask anyone in the figure skating world who lived during that time and they'll tell you the truth about Tonya's never-ending excuses.
Maria No did you even watch the movie as it didn’t glorify Tonya at all?
catlady loool Tonya was found guilty of hindering the investigation. Also there were multiple proof she knew about the planned attack
bellabana I actually did. Please tell me again how the film doesn't glorify Tonya Harding when they completely ignored the fact that she knew about the attack, they didn't acknowledge the real victim (Nancy Kerrigan once) and made her seem like some gal the judges hated when they were fairly generous to her at the Olympics. Read the article "I, Nauseated" for the OregonLive, it might change your mind.
I never thought about the possibility of losing my fingers while ice skating before this interview. I love that Margot says, “Why does everyone think that?” Her two sources are Sebastian and Domhnall who are both big dorks.
*YOU CANNOT JUST LEAVE A STORY HANGING LIKE THAT WHAT ON GOD’S EARTH*
If he hadn't laughed after his story it wouldve ended on a much darker tone
That story escalated quickly
I never bought about blades slicing off my fingers either, thanks a lot domhnall now I’ll always be thinking about that when I go skating
This woman is perfection in a shell
the movie was good but why are you making the villain into the hero? Tonya is the villain and you are making as if she is the good person. She doesn't deserve the attention and the popularity.smh
It wasn't a funny story (I mean the guy went blind for a bit, it's kind of scary) but because he laughed, I laughed!!
For those saying that this movie celebrates 'the bad guy,' you clearly missed the point of the whole bloody film... the whole point si to get away from the 'Villain' vs 'victim' narrative. Tonya is someone that has been labelled the 'villain' and Kerrigan as the 'victim' ever since that incident. They are both true and not true titles, both fail to capture the true nuance and complexity of both them as individuals, and of the event itself. They both have been owned and played off of each other by the media ever since, both reporting the facts of the case and pitting this fantastical fairytale piece of villains and victims when life isnt that simple. If you want to see the story about both her and nancy kerrigan, this isnt it.
You are flawless Margot! Put that shirt tho...🤭 Looks like the shirt I wore in six grade to my class pictures without my mom knowing!
Now THAT was a great twist ending! I did not see that coming, not a clue. 😂😂
The loveliest company in a while! I could watch these three for hours. So much fun, chilled atmosphere and optimism ❤️
I love Margot! She's so brilliant and talented! I so hope she wins the Oscar for I, Tonya. Such a hilarious, indie, meta, masterpiece. And she produced it!
How can someone be so perfect as her ? It's unfair with the rest of the humanity
I hope Margot wore shinguards to the Oscars.
She said "Sebastian", and I didn't even hear the rest of what they were saying
everyone just cracks up at Domhnall's near death experience lol
I find it quite vulgar that not only did Margot Robbie take Harding to the Golden Globes but that she is gushing about her. She was wicked in what she did to Kerrigan and shouldn’t be hero worshiped now
I agree. It sucks to see Margot praise her like that.
go see the movie...
Ok. Well Nancy Kerrigan had an affair with a married man and destroyed a family. She ain’t all that innocent.
@@ah4442 your speculation has absolutely nothing to do with this.
I would not have taken her if i was her.
are we going to talk about how he got his vision back or...?
I can not wait to see the sequel to this called I, Nancy :|
"And I went blind." NO FOLLOW UP
I hope you Tonya haters know Tonya doesn't give a fuck what you think and she's gonna keep living her life.
I have too hear about the second time
THAT WAS THE FUNNIEST THING IVE EVER HEARD IDK IN CRYYGIGNGJGK
Domhnall reaction was priceless.
She's fricking awesome ;-;
That delivery at the end is priceless.
This is one of the funniest things I've ever seen. I don't understand why there's confusion in the comments
