It’s also been freeing to sleep late, to go to jazz festivals, to walk and exercise, to volunteer (I love it) but also I know I need to get back to work. Sigh. So I hear you. I see you. I totally get it and can relate. There is no other title that is more freeing than our own name. For many years I went by a shorter version of my first name for several reasons, but after a while I realized that that represented only a fraction of me. But my whole name represents my past, my present and my future and everything that comes with it. I now show up as Lakeia and all of the beautiful things without limits.
