Calling the police to get paperwork is unbelievable. I love how they NEED to get his ID to give him the paperwork. Completely ridiculous.

Saying "I don't want to be recorded" is like saying "I don't want you to see me". If my eyes can see you, then I can record you. If you don't want to be seen, don't work in the public sector.
Public servants have the delusional belief that We The People are the servants and must abide by their made up policies that are not law. It's disgusting how they see themselves. They are Our servants and should approach their positions with gratitude and respect. But with all the Public Sector Unions it makes near impossible to fire them.

True, Maryland is a two party consent to recording private conversations state. However, that does not override Katz vs. U.S. (1967). Good Citizen always delivers great content in his videos.

Public servants have a right to leave their jobs and go back to the private sector where they can exercise their right to privacy. Whilst in public they do NOT have such a presumed right.
These security guard companies hire just about anyone who applies for the job. They don't pay enough to get quality personnel. So I am not at all surprised with his pitiful behavior!

When a federal agency rents out an office on private property/building, the owner must follow all federal laws. They cannot stop the public for entering a building to access government services. The cop said that we are standing on private property? Cosco a private company can stop anyone from entering their building for any reason for instance, not paying for a membership.
