Seems like p0171 turned into p0440 and 2 others. However I smell fuel when i park after a drive. The codes are more active at 1/4 fuel level. I have already repaired a cracked hose at the carbon canister. I need to figure this out although the vehicle drives fine and we don't have checks here nor do we want them.
Hey I have a 97 4.6 and it has a motor out of a crown Vic or basically it’s a 03 4.6 motor put in a 97 mustang but I had to replace my injectors but the specs and the ones that came out were 19 pound injectors the only ones I could find to replace them were 24 pound injectors. It starts and runs fairly good but if I come to a stop to quick it stalls out I can tell it’s running to rich what can I do to get the motor to cover the difference in the larger injector? It’s a 5speed

Maf sensors on the old foxbody were calibrated to different # injectors you may be dealing with the same thing in your car.
