if the bin is too heavy don't put it on the the lifter because you can damage it also by try to pushing it you can damage yourself aswell so just hand tip untill it's lighter
The weight won't damage the lifter. Those lifters are designed to also lift bulk bins which are way heavier than any wheelie bin can possibly be. The wheelie bin setting is weight limited simply because it's automatic and it's to prevent people from being lifted into the lorry if they lean over the sensors. Something would have to be pretty freaking heavy to damage the lifters trust me.
Was it a missed bin collection ? If it's too heavy then we stick a yellow tag on it to tell the householder what's wrong, Then they go & ring the office & say that we've missed their sodding bin..... So a spare team gets sent out to fix the problem !!
@@catbreath007 ah all our drivers except trade waste get a tablet on their dash which has the list of streets, which when you tap the street has every address on it. You can tap a door number when their bin isn't out or if it can't be taken for whatever reason, you can pick from a list of reasons or type one. We have a support system so if a driver near us finishes early they can log into the same round and get the same streets up. That way everyone finishes early.
Same here, as soon as he tried to pull it, it was a no and clear the lifts would not take it on single. If they put it in euro mode it would of gone up. That's not the point bin to heavy. Shouldn't off pushed it like that on the lifts. If that jumped off the clamp, someone's getting hurt and if not a big mess
is that recyclable or general if it was recycle then DONT pick it up the whole load will be landfilled and if it was general still dont pick it up its WAY over the weight limit the truck cant even empty it

Do you not have a tablet where you note down the reason the bin wasn't collected that the office can quote to the customer?
@@Fireglo ... A tablet ?? They've all on giving us a pen & paper !! 😳

Wheeeeeeelieeee bin is hungry....... *IT NEEDS FEEDING* !!
that was dangerous pushing the bin
Well over the swl the bins lifs only take 500kgs on a single bin I'd refuse to take that
Carl Binks You could put it on trade setting and put it in the middle of the lifters. Spreads out the weight.
Same mate especially when we got the cameras on the trucks if the office see you pushing a bin from behind that's instant dismissal
Wheelie bins should be good for hiding behind instead we see them as bulks of nuisance that get in the way
I would have rejected that
seriously lads you shouldn't be pushing the bin up like that
@BigNooshGaming it’s a health and safety issue if the lifting gear gave out it could have crushed one or both of them
Ok,
The bin is weighted very hard so they would have to push it

Trash dumbass
Don’t call him that
Why are the bin lorry hydraulics so weak? And whats the bin full of lead?
It’s not weak it just the bin’s full of concrete.
The lifts take 100kg
they just filled their bin with bricks and stones
that was funny
i would of not took it, tag the bin
what was that liquid ? mechanical oil or something ?
could be everything
