      I saved every workout that is suitable for me which are in a level of 2 and 4,the level 2 workouts are just for getting used to the exercises,level 4 are of course my daily workouts .Great results so far but still not enough,I'll try the level 6 or *beyond* when I'm older 😁.Also I can't download it because not enough storage ,I'm happy that I found you jordan .Seeing you uploading for 5 years of workouts gave me motivation ,thank you bro see you in your next vid :)

    i’m 16 but i’ve had a very tough life during all my teenage years. when i’m angry, depressed i always like to use ur workouts and i like to push myself to the limit... they are a great way for me to cope with life sometimes even tho i’ve overcome the majority of my problems... thx Jordan ur amazing as well as anyone else tryna better themselves thru exercise

      @@faraz9641 listen to what he's saying that is "max out rounds 1-3" that is NOT his pace in this upload. He's at 4.5 level pace to set the tone for the followers getting at it....you have two choices in this instance: crack on as is 4.5 or "max out 1-3" you choose 🔥

    This was awesome !! Can't believe I did this level, I even enjoyed it. Progress feels good. I only failed pushup in round 3 (too fast). But everything else went skyhigh. This workout was an adventurous lesson. Thank you.

    6 months after I first began with a Jordan training (any) I can't believe I have arrived at a point where one session of this is not enough to tire me out now. I need 1 hour long Jordan sessions now for my fix.

    Jesus, I maxed all 3 rounds and I can say 1000% that it is very tiring. I haven’t had this tiring of a workout since starting level 6 workouts for the first time. The ending with the 60 seconds or something like that, jumping jacks, followed with the upright plank and the last excerise killed me. This is probably the hardest workout, yes, even harder than the level 6 workouts. I am drenched with sweat and exhausted. I’d say this is a 6.5 or maybe even 7. Great job Jordan👍🏻 you’ve out did yourself once again!!

    классный сет!!! не убийственный, но достаточно интенсивный. причем в таких рутинах что хорошо, то что можно какие-то упражнения менять под себя. я в конце вместо приседаний сделал бёрпи. Im with you from COVID times! quite a long! thanx for all!

    Strangely this seemed much easier compared to the other Level 4 exercises of Jordan. Still a fantastic workout.

    Mohamed Ali was asked "how many sit-ups do you do?" He replied, I dont start counting until It hurts, that is working hard. He didnt start counting until he felt pain!!! . So, no matter what workout is done, what really matters is how hard you do It!!! lets go!!!!
