If this happened, he would have been blasted in 4K moments after. Also, Twitch probably wouldn’t have had a problem with that anyway so I doubt that’s why he got banned.
His reply is vague because he can’t say anything about the lawsuit.
I think Dr getting banned was because Microsoft’s streaming platform went under and Twitch didn’t to keep paying Dr since there was basically no more competition.

all we know is that twitch and DR.Disrepect have settled the case and a NDA is in place preventing both parties from saying anything about the case to the public.

Could have had circumstantial evidence, or like you said there was no way to prove that Doc knew her age so they knew they couldn't win a case or something. The way he worded his reply to that tweet was really weird, and comes off as a mob boss "do not recall" kinda situation, BUT once you've had a case and signed contracts and NDAs, I know you can't just speak freely on things. There's just definitely not enough to go on to make any kind of half-certain remark on this.
When it comes to age of consent stuff, "I didn't know" is not actually a legal excuse. Even if you can prove the other person LIED about their age, you're still guilty. Not knowing might get him out of sending pictures to her, but would not get him out of her sending pictures to him.

i beleave this is just another salty person jealeus of DR.Disrespect's succes and want to put him down even further, like geting baned from twitch wasent good enough.
