Heading into my 37 week this was so helpful. Opted out of the lotus birth for the first one because I want to do the Placenta Encapsulation process. Maybe the next baby I will definitely be prepared for a home birth and lotus birth,. This video helped me with the confidence side of it. So next time for sure!
Seeing you contract in the first clip was beautiful telling yourself you got this 💙 that’s exactly what I was doing . I wish I recorded more of my delivery 🥺 but those memories will forever playback in my head 😊🤗
IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! Once you learn how to breath and surrender its honestly the most beautiful feeling ever. I did experience some discomfort through the process and it felt like cramps. I would have had 10 more babies that night though. It wasnt painful

We did a lotus birth! It was beautiful and took a lot of discipline! My lotus bowl was heavy and I was co-sleeping.

I diffused clary sage essential oil it is supposed to help the contractions go faster and i guess it did its job😂😂

Exactly what I was thinking, I ate once within the 2 1/2 days my labor spanned.
Yes I ate, drank, got in the bath, got out, laid in bed, got back in the bath. LOL I was everyyyyywhere! home was deff it!
